Great Stay

This was our third year renting a house in the area and it was by far the best. House has a great layout and toiletries were included. Kitchen was well-stocked, which came in handy for preparing meals. There is a Keurig machine (not pictured) as well as a coffee maker. The second dishwasher was mentioned in a previous review - the top rack is a little wonky, but didn't prevent use. We found that the pool lights are controlled remotely but a quick text to property management took care of that, and they were very responsive for other questions. I appreciated that pool heat and grill use was included in the price.

Not as expected

It wasn‘t clean and there were ants in the bathroom. There were also some empty bottles and a bloody tissue in the rooms. They should do some repairs in the house. The doors of the wardrobe were disfunctional. Also the second dishwasher was broken. It didn't hold in the anchorage. It was a pitty that they cut down the access to the waterpark which was in the priece included. The location nere to the themeparks was super, pool was very convinient. At the end we have been accused to have stolen six pooltowels. It wouldn't have been worth it.

My family had a great time at this property! Everything is as advertised. The house was clean and the host was easy to communicate with. Definitely will choose the place again when in the area!

We had a a great stay at this property. If you are planning on visiting the Disney property this a great option as the property is extremely close to Disney. The property manager was extremely responsive to any questions I had.

Awesome house with a great pool.

The house was very clean, very spacious and the heated pool was the best on cooler nights and after a long day in the parks. Watching Football in the media room was awesome. The best house I have rented so far. Will recommend, specially for large group. I will be looking for this house next time I come with family. Thank you.

What an amazing property. It was so much bigger than expected. We will definitely stay here again. So close to Disney and not far to a universal. We loved the closeness to Walmart and Starbucks.

Scam

Beware! Think twice before considering this home! The home it’s self was nice but that is where our good experience ends. We were admitted into the resort water park the first day that we went which was what we were coming for along with watching the Ohio State game. The second day we were all rejected show and stating that the owners were suspended for 6 months due to lack of payment and that they have been known to do this to other families. Called them and she was very rude stating it isn’t park of the rental which was a lie and I sent her the information that she had sent us saying it was. She hung up on me and would not accept my phones after the first one . She sent me texts. She was very rude on the phone when I did talk to her. Also that same day that every tv when out with no service. They tried to tell me that they had service man to come in Monday which is the day we check out. I told her that wouldn’t do us any good ! She didn’t care . A Pure Nightmare!

Great space

We had a fantastic time at the home. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves together or alone. The theater room is amazing!!!! Pool heats very well and TVs everywhere. The playroom in the garage can benefit from a fan but the space is great for ping pong and air hockey. Overall loved this place!!

Gorgeous Home - Well stocked

The home is much nicer in person than in pictures. Pretty easy and smooth check in and check out. Very well stocked in kitchen and even had extra cleaning products and things to use. Only issue we had was couple of small things like we had to reach out to have pool heat. We thought it was automatic since it was included. We’ll know next time to mention it the day before we arrive so it’s turned on because it takes a few hours to fully heat.

Great family getaway

We had a great stay at your home. It is a large and beautiful home that gave our group of 11 lots of space to enjoy the pool and have our own sleeping quarters. You were very responsive to our needs that arose during our stay and our time at the water park. If we were to return for another vacation we would certainly look at coming back. I would recommend your home to anyone looking for a large group to stay comfortably.

We enjoyed our stay. Our big group was there for 2 weeks and enjoyed the water park, pool, hot tub and being together. Location is excellent. We did have some issues getting into the water park during the first couple of days. Jose handled the situation as best he could and made up for the issue at the end of the trip. His communication was great. Thank you Jose! The house suited our needs because of the large group we have. We would stay there again.

Wonderful location Safe neighborhood Close to the parks Nice e comfortable house Need maintenance in the air conditioner and clean all the AC filters it’s not getting cooler enough. Install a closet in the bedroom suite downstairs
