***Note about Wifi***
- Satellite Internet (Fast enough to stream a movie, though it may take a minute or two for the buffering to catchup. It is currently the fastest (and only) available internet in the area, but may not be as fast as you are used to. Though it is enough to get by, don't forget to take time to disconnect from digital and reconnect with each other.

Things to Note:
- With limited options in the area, we have weekly trash pickup EARLY TUESDAY MORNING (like 3-4am crazy early!). Please ensure all trash is in BAGGED and in the outside cans on MONDAY NIGHT.
- Due to weekly trash pickup, there may be trash in the cans from the prior guests. If anything isn’t picked up on Tuesday please let us know.

- The roads leading to the cabin are paved, but a bit bumpy at times. You will grow to love the old country mountain road feeling they give you as you go to get away.
- Cabin driveway is crushed and packed gravel. Easy for any standard height vehicle access. There is a level entrance on one side and little more steep one on the other side. Guests are free to use either side. :)
- There are two other cabins that share a common driveway.
- Cabin water is fed by a private well. That said, taste of the water may change with weather. You may prefer to bring bottled water for drinking.

The Red Tape, Requirements & Overstating the Obvious:

We want you to have a great time resting and relaxing while you are at our cabin. That said, please be aware of the following important information:

By confirming your booking, you agree to adhere to all Rental Rules set forth in this listing. Recap:

- Age Requirement: Booking guest must be 25+ and someone 25+ MUST be present at the home the entire stay.
- No 3rd party bookings (i.e. no booking on behalf of a group of guests younger than 25).
- 5 full size people max (1 or 2 pack and play for babies allowed as needed)
- 2 vehicle max
- NO PETS
- Absolutely NO SMOKING. If you smoke in the cabin, you will be charged at minimum $250. Plus, an increased cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control.

- Quiet hours are required between the hours of 9pm and 9am.
- Please be mindful to the neighbors of this quiet community. Failure to do so will results in being asked to leave without refund.
- No fires inside the property, including candles (other than controlled by the gas fireplace/stove). The use of a candle (other types of flames will result in a $100 fine.
- Please do not run the gas fireplace and air conditioner at the same time.
- We provide some starter supplies (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, dish soap, etc.). You may need more.

- If more people arrive than agreed upon by your reservation, you will be asked to leave without refund and/or charged an extra $250 per person per night.
- If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.
- If you smoke in the cabin, you will be charged at minimum $250. Plus, an increased cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
- No late check out or early check-ins (unless allowed by owner in written conformation through booking app)
- If you arrive early or depart late without permission, there will be a $75 charge per hour.

- Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- The hot tub is for guests 16 and older only. All posted rules posted near the hot tub are required to be followed. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant.
- The hot tub is ready for you and should be set no lower than 100 and no more than 104 degrees at all times.
- Please do not place or throw the hot tub cover onto the ground. Place it vertically between the tub the deck railing.

- Check-in time is 4pm, and check-out time is 10am. No early check-ins or late check-outs.

Before check-out we only ask a few quick steps to be take to help the cleaner get the cabin ready for the new guest.
1- Please empty the refrigerator and take all trash to the outside trash cans. ALL TRASH MUST BE BAGGED! **The pickup service is a little country. They will not pickup any trash that is not bagged. The weekly pickup is scheduled for early Tuesday morning (3am-ish). Please feel free to put any bagged trash out Monday night if you like.
2- Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and press start for a cycle to run
3- Throw all used towels into the washing machine and start a cycle
4- Leave all sheets and covers on beds (Do not make any of the beds. We got you!)
5- Don’t forget to log out of any screaming services you may have used on the 3 TVs. :)

Owner's Liability: Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the property, inclusive of but not limited to the cabin, the hot tub and fire pit, etc. regardless of the nature of the accident, injury , or loss.
