This is truly a very well functioning property - very well stocked, great set up with 2 master bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, nice furniture, clean. Also - great location close to the highway and 15 min from the beaches.
But the best feature is the amazing lake and the backyard. The sunsets are breathtaking. The water is clean and warm. The kids spent hours in the water after we came back from the beach.
This property was incredibly beautiful, ease of use on point. We enjoyed the dock and brought kayaks, paddle board, fishing poles. Close to our favorite spots on Cape. Would definitely stay again.
We have rented this house previously and once again we were very pleased with our stay. The house is very clean and everything is in great condition. The bathrooms have been refreshed recently and new large screen TVs installed. The lake was warm to enjoy swimming in spite of somewhat cooler weather than typically in July.
A modern, well-maintained property with a great view and easy access to Bearse Pond. Plenty of space, peaceful, and comfortable. Our whole family enjoyed our stay.

Almost perfect -- except for sand flea invasion in one bathroom
Best property I have ever rented. They thought of everything -- even a nice little step stool near the sink in a bathroom so our 4 year old grandson could reach the sink. This was the cleanest, most well-equipped home ever -- and with a private beach and private dock, what more could one want. Well, maybe fewer . . . sand fleas.

Amazing vacation spot!
*********************************
We loved this house! Possibly our best vacation ever -- there's
plenty to do on the Cape, but we could have never left the property
and still had an amazing vacation. The house was recently renovated,
but it seems nearly brand new. The kitchen was fully equipped, there
were two brand new flat screen TVs (not that we watched much -- too
busy having fun!), DVD players, indoor/outdoor stereo system and WiFi, tennis courts around the corner, a dock on a beautiful lake where we swam and canoed every day, and every evening we sat out on the deck, relaxing and watching the sun set over the lake -- perfect! We are already planning next summer's vacation at this lovely home.

Beautiful house with one reservation
We rented the property in July of 2010. The house has been recently renovated and in very good condition. The house has a good layout with an exception for the shower stalls in both master bathrooms. They are rather small.
We only had one concern with this rental. We were not given our security deposit of $500 back. It has been stated by the owner that we were responsible for breaking the outside awning (which was not true!). Besides that, everying was good.
