Beautiful, spacious, light-flooded and modern 100 sqm non-smoking apartment on the 1st Floor in the new house with a large furnished balcony towards the southwest. Here or directly at the lake you can enjoy the sunset in the evening.
Only a few steps (300 m) to the lake with a beautiful sandy beach. Right in the recreation area. The Feldmarksee has a multiple award-winning water quality.
