Quiet, Calm and Clean

This was our first time in Cañon City and we very much enjoyed our stay. The host was kind and left snacks which was much appreciated after a long drive. The location was super close to downtown and also had a pretty view.I was worried that being in a neighborhood we would have had a noise issue but there wasn’t. It was quiet and peaceful.The water pressure in the shower was fantastic! The hot tub was relaxing.We very much enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place to whomever is traveling Cañon City!

Pet and people friendly

Loved the roomy cabin-like feel of the this rental. Plenty of room, so much nicer than staying in a hotel/motel. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced yard. We didn't have long enough to check out the hot tub and we aren't bicyclists, but two bikes were available and looked like they were ready to be used. We would definitely book this location again if we make another trip to Canyon City.

Beyond perfect!!

Cute, quaint little “cottage.” Came to reunite with a friend/HS sweetheart and the location was perfectly placed between their home and the CO Springs airport. While we spent most of our time outdoors after a surprise snowstorm, I did get one full day of rest and relaxation before heading back. The couch left something to be desired, but the hot tub? Chefs kiss, favorite part of my stay. The bed is comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and it was in fact a short 5 minute walk to Main Street. Thanks for having me, and I WILL be booking again.

Cozy Retreat

This 1 bed private apartment was just what we needed. Walking the dog, we saw deer and felt very safe in this neighborhood within walking distance to town. Host was kind and thoughtful about our needs. If we return to Canon City, we will stay here again.

Wonderful host and location

We loved this location and hour host was so responsive and kind. It was located within walking distance of restaurants, which we loved. We even saw deer across the street while we had our morning coffee! Thank you for a lovely stay. We would definitely stay here again! We highly recommend.

Great location

This property was right in town and close to main street and the trail station. Easy drive to get to rafting companies. The hot tub was great but i didnt get a chance to enjoy it. There wwre the most friendly deer that walk around. One female was there as i walked out ione mornimg.morning.

Rest and relaxation at its finest

This was our first time ever renting a VRBO and definitely will not be our last. Everything was perfect! From the kindness of our host, the softness of the bed, the cleanliness and home feeling of the place. We were able to get away, enjoy time together and it was down right amazing! Highly recommend!

This is a very nice, private unit with all of the amenities that you need. It was very hot out, July 2024, so the AC unit in the bedroom was greatly appreciated. I would stay here again when visiting Cañon City.

Compact Comfort

We stayed at Joanna's place during a two day visit with our grandson. We were quite comfortable. It is not a large place, but has everything you need at hand. Short List: It was very clean Bed was comfortable - more on the firm side Kitchen was stocked with all our needs including coffee Water pressure in shower/bathroom was great Location was quite nice - within walking distance to the downtown area; was quiet and we felt very secure Has a couple of outdoor areas to enjoy - backyard patio chairs and porch swing There is parking for your vehicle right out front Joanna was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any and all inquiries. This is always a huge plus if you ask me. We were pleased to have have stayed at her place and since our grandson lives in Canon City, may very well stay there again in the future. Thank you Joanna for sharing your place with us.

Perfect location

The location is safe, quiet and also near to historic downtown (just about 3 blocks away). The place is clean and cute - just perfect for two people. Joanna is very responsive and very informative.
