A 25 minute retreat from Seattle. Modern, fun and stylish, lake-house carefully nestled in mature pines on a peaceful lake with 50 feet of accessible waterfront for year-round activities.

Tucked in the quiet and secure Twin Lakes community. Propane BBQ, Ping Pong & other outdoor games; Two 65" TVs, board games, WiFi, Alexa, washer/dryer, fireplace, garage & driveway parking spaces.

Perfect for what we needed

9 of us were in town for a convention and this was the perfect place. It was clean and comfortable and nice to have a view of the lake.

Great Stay

We had a lovely stay. The house was as advertised and accommodated us well. If I was back in the area I would gladly stay there again. We had a small hiccup with check in but our host was available and attentive and we got things sorted out quickly.

Loved the stay

I enjoyed the stay, my friends and family did too. I did feel like we were been watched a bit; cars in the lot were being reported in the middle of the day. Cool place, but a bit too controlling for my taste

Great views!!

This was a great property for an extended family gathering. Plenty of room to spread out, play games, cook together, and enjoy the extensive deck. The property was very clean, communication with the host was excellent. The property is in a nice neighborhood and not too far from shopping, restaurants and a movie theater.

Great stay on the lake!

Aloha! Just a quick note to say our family and friends had a great stay at this property. Plenty of space for all 8 of us to spread out really gorgeous views overlooking the lake. Very good neighborhood which was quiet and relaxing. Only things is we wish the hot tub was working and we had more bug spray to fend off all of the pests that came out on three glorious summer days. But otherwise, this is a great place to stay. Glad we found it.

Lakefront Getaway

The house was light, bright, clean and very well stocked. Location was quiet and relaxed which was perfect. The backyard views were beautiful and serene. The pingpong table was very entertaining for both players and spectators. The communication with the host was good. My only complaint is the deck could use a little pressure washing to remove the spider webs (I have arachnophobia) and there were a couple of minor wear/tear issues in the kitchen. Overall, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and considering returning.

Spacious, convenient, but tired

Accommodated 7 comfortably for sleeping and eating. Several cabinet doors and drawers needed repair, the LR furniture was stained and seated only 5. The deck was huge, but had only 3 chairs, one of which was broken. Couldn’t enjoy the beautiful setting. The TV programming was lacking. One of the ground floor bedrooms with a large window had no window covering. Just a little TLC would make this a 10.

Money grabbing owner

Inside, very clean. Outside very shabby. Some deck walls extremely dangerous, wouldn’t advise bringing kids. Owner controls thermostat. It was either too hot or too cold. Very uncomfortable. Stove doesn’t work. One element and one warmer worked. Very difficult to cook for 4 adults. Oven required turning off at circuit breaker. Coff e pot too small.

Strange rules

The view is beautiful but there are too many strange rules about garbage, number of cars, guests cars, and allowed parking. There are fees for not following the garbage sorting rules. None of these details are provided in the online listing or before arrival.

Close to a million dollar house (I mean that figuratively, it's probably valued well over that?)

The house is clean and beautiful, but a weekend of TLC would make this house fabulous. It was very clean and spacious but it had a few shortcomings such as lack of towels and a few maintenance issues. However, I will be quick to say that Steve was quick to respond to all of our concerns and it did not ruin our stay one bit. It seems we had the misfortune of renting after a party group who didn't respect the property. But as I said, Steve responded well and made the stay a great success. We had 8 adults all getting ready for a wedding at the same time and the three beautiful bathrooms made that preparation go well. We had a wonderful time and I would recommend this rental to any family.

Lake House

We had a great stay at the lake house. The location is very quiet and the view was amazing. The house had everything we needed and had plenty of space for everyone. We spent lots of time playing ping pong. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfectly beautiful home with a gorgeous outdoor area on serene lake setting

The house is beautiful and updated. The owner had a ton of kitchen and bathroom amenities and necessities. The home is spacious and we enjoyed the lower level ping pong table and gathering area. The deck is huge and serene 5 stars!
