Great Music Row location

Susan was a great host. The listing was exactly as described. There were plenty of little notes and labels around the house to make things easy for us. Everything you could need in a kitchen was there and available. We would stay here again.

About the host

Hosted by Susan Hodges

Host profile image
We are Nashville natives. Many years ago, we gave up a life in suburbia and long daily commutes to simplify and pursue more family time in downtown Nashville. We have entertained clients and guests from around the world and love their influence on our home. We could not always take our kids on our travels, but we did have the freedom to invite people to visit with us. We enjoy serving others. We host to preserve our own family goals and to contribute to other individual households. We are empty-nesters with busy lives. Please say hello, but do not let us keep you from making the most of your time here!

Why they chose this property

Centrally located with easy access to all things downtown Nashville. A family, student, professional street with restaurants and light shopping creates a vibrant neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Home was built in 1887 and has been well preserved. Wood floors, high ceilings, preserved transoms and pocket doors, and a huge front porch give the home great character and creates a retreat that invites friends and easily entertains.
