In the popular holiday region of Cadiz, the apartment Mayo 1 is located on the ground floor of Villa Mayo, a holiday home with a total of 4 apartments. Consisting of a living room with fireplace, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with 2 single beds) and a bathroom, the apartment accommodates 6 people. Further equipment includes Wi-Fi and a television. The property has a baby bed/crib and the guests can also bring their own since the rooms have enough space.
The house has air conditioning in the living room.

Outside, a private, covered and furnished terrace invites you to relax in the evenings with a glass of wine. In addition, all guests have access to a pool (open from May to November) with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower, as well as a barbecue area, which is shared with the three other small apartments (max. 6 persons in total). The house owners rent the other apartments exclusively to couples and put great importance to the observance of the house rules, so that you do not have to fear noisy youth groups or parties at the pool.
In the months November - May the pool is at your disposal for exclusive use.

Shopping facilities as well as restaurants and bars can be reached in a few minutes by car. The nearest beach in a small, quiet bay is 1.7 km or 6 minutes by car away.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
