This special place, once a dance studio, is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Only minutes to Douglas Lake, an ice cream shop & Chinese restaurant on the same block, walking distance to downtown for shopping. This cozy little 1 bedroom unit sleeps 4 and has a modern, farmhouse vide. We have included a hot tub, grill, and firepit for some outdoor fun and several board games and wifi for indoors. The kitchen is well equipped. There is plenty of boat parking for fishermen too. We do charge a $500 security deposit.

We last minute decided to come and visit family on the lake before our week stay at Pigeon Forge.
Place was very clean, and they had everything you needed in a kitchen. Short trip to the lake and the marina.
Also, very accommodating and great sense of humor! We all got a kick out of the 2 paper rolls and empty paper towel roll between the toilet seat
The outdoor area is very tiny and is right next to some neighbors, as it is an apartment style place. Parking was also a bit tough. I’m only saying this bc we were surprised when we pulled up- but it did not affect our stay or our time. I’m only putting this in here bc I would hate for other people to show up and give a bad review bc it wasn’t what they expected
While looking for a place to stay this apartment popped up. It was last minute so I thought why not. It was a nice location easy to get too. I really liked it being close to Douglas Lake because upon our return in the evening you got to see the sunset over the lake.
The ice cream shop that is across the street is pretty good.
Listing was spot on.
Only down fall was the neighbors in the building were very loud at night. If we had 2 cars there wouldn’t have been anywhere to park it cause the neighbors kept getting closer to our vehicle.
