Pet friendly 3/2 away from the crowds! BYOB (bring your own boat)! Dock just out back and boat launch a few minutes away. Great fishing, kayaking, etc. Panama City east bay 5 minutes west and St Joe Bay (+-) 30 boat ride east. Pet friendly St. Joe Beach (+-) 10 minute drive. Enjoy the lovely views from either of the 2 screened porches. Weather cool? Warm yourself by the firepit with a lovely water view or relax inside with a show on Direct TV.

Great water front property that is exactly as advertised. Enough space for our family and a pet. The fishing was great.

Great spot on the coast!

We brought our boat down so having the dock was awesome. The launch isn’t far away. There is power and water on the dock. The dock provides a good spot to catch bait (pin fish and croaker and crabs) then hit the intercoastal and go fish. We enjoyed having the fenced yard for our dogs. The house has everything you could possible need.

Great getaway

We had a great stay at this property. The dining was great and we watched dolphins passing. Peaceful retreat from the hustle of home. We were not ready to leave.

Peaceful Retreat

Great house, very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, love the porches and the view. We saw manatees, a dolphin, birds, turtle. We kayaked and fished from the dock and went to Mexico Beach a couple of times. FYI--The mosquitoes were bad while we were there. We had a wonderful time.
