Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved dogs with prior approval of the host. A fee of $125 per dog (maximum of 2 dogs) applies. Guests must agree to and sign house rules for dogs.
For the first dog, add it to your reservation and you will be charged $125. For the second dog, the additional $125 will be processed through the Resolution Center.
Pool Heating
Optional pool heat is available at an additional cost. Please inquire about the current rate (based on updated gas prices). This is recommended from October through May. The large pool can be heated to 85 degrees prior to your arrival with advanced notice. Spa heating is already included in your reservation at no extra charge.
Pool heating will be processed through the Resolution Center.
Rental Agreement and City Ordinance
A short-term rental agreement and an additional written contract, required by the City of Palm Springs, will be sent to you shortly after booking.
The minimum rental age is 25. Guests must supply a scanned image of their ID, a guest roster, car license plates, and signed rules and regulations via DocuSign prior to arrival (5 days before check-in).
Breaking any rules in the rental agreement or ordinance (e.g., maximum occupancy, noise ordinance, hosting party, unapproved pets) will result in immediate eviction, no refund, and a $350 fee to the host.
Guest access
Driveway parking and/or free overnight street parking in front (3 cars maximum).
No access or parking of cars in the garage.
Other things to note
**Important Notices**
- **Amplified Outdoor Music:** Amplified outdoor music, including music from iPhones and Bluetooth devices, is not permitted in the City of Palm Springs. Enforcement is strict, with a minimum fine of $500. Please be mindful of this law before making a booking.
- **Security Cameras:** Security cameras are installed on the property's exterior (including the front door, driveway, side gate, side yard, and backyard) to ensure safety when the home is vacant. These cameras are active and recording at all times. However, the cameras are not monitored after check-in unless there is a complaint from neighbors or the city. There are no cameras inside the home.
