This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Spacious 5 bedroom home with 4.5 baths and a whopping 13 beds! Enough space inside and out for everyone to spread out and relax in the incredible home! Top of the line furnishings including Restoration Hardware, Bernhardt, Crate and Barrel, West Elm and more!

This 5 bedroom 4 1/2 bath spacious home is the perfect get-a-way for a large group or family! Its also the perfect spot for an intimate retreat! The chefs kitchen is a dream with a ginormous island and seating for 5! Whip up a lite bite or a gourmet feast!

Each room is a work of art! The bathroom vanities were all custom made, walls textured and lots of details make this a very special home.

The heated pool(year round) is a great place to relax. There are also endless patios, seating areas and chillax stations for everyone to have their own space!

The "Admin Fee" is for a Damage protection policy to over your stay. We do not utilize VRBO Damage policies or Security deposits for new bookings after 2/1/2025.

All House Rules are listed in the Vacation Rental Agreement as well as our "Welcome Guide" all rules are strictly enforced. They are common sense items but have the need to spell it all out(mostly since every rule has been born from someone doing something stupid : )

We do have cameras on side front side and rear with cloud recording. While we do not monitor cameras at any time, we will refer to footage in the event of a problem or neighbor complaint

We were so excited to find a beautiful, clean and comfortable place to get together with our children for our daughters graduation at USF. We will definitely come back !!!
