Wonderful home and neighborhood

Casey's home is beautiful and clean, and our group of 9 had plenty of room to spread out. We loved walking and biking through the neighborhood. We enjoyed riding our bikes to the beach and taking the shortcut trail to the nearby shops. We were disappointed to learn that the pool didn't open until April 1 and it isn't heated, but everything else about our stay on the quiet cul de sac was perfect. Casey is a very responsive and thoughtful host.

Beautiful home

This home was exactly as described. Very well stocked kitchen/supplies. Nice, quiet neighborhood- which is in a good location to restaurants/ beach/ etc. our family of 8, ranging from 17-75 all enjoyed our stay. Host was communicative and helpful.

Annual Beach Vacay

The house was very well stocked with everything we could need for our trip. There were 9 people in our group (5 kids ranging from 15-7). The upstairs bedroom was perfect for all of our boys to sleep/hang out in. The main floor bedrooms were comfortable for the adults and the one girl in our group. The location to the beach was great; however, the house does not come with a Sea Pines resort pass so parking at the beach club was restricted at times. The pool and basketball court was within walking distance to the house which the kids loved. Communication with Casey was great! She was very responsive to any questions and all of the instructions were very clear. Overall another great Hilton Head vacation!

Great week!

Our family had the most fantastic time at this property. The house set up was good for our family of ten - 6 adults, 3 teens, 1 kiddo. We rented bikes and made our way back and forth to the beach most days. When we were tired of the sand, we went to the neighborhood pool which was essentially behind the house. The Shoppes at Sea Pines is right behind the neighborhood so we walked over there several times to grab food. Casey is such a great hostess and so easy to communicate with. The neighborhood definitely takes pride (as they should) in their surroundings so we wanted to make sure we were following the rules - no cars sticking out of the driveway, no beachy items on the front porch. Its a lovely home and should be treated as such. We hope to return someday!

WOW!!! Spacious, Stunning & Best Equipped Ever!!

From the moment we opened the front door, we were impressed with the overall spacious layout of the entire house! So beautifully designed & decorated!! The icing on the cake was the generously equipped kitchen…a vacation haven! The lush trees and large back screened in porch were also favorite spots for enjoying morning coffees!! Comfy beds too and awesome location!!

We loved everything! The house was beautiful, updated and very clean. It was perfect for our group of 9 people, ages 23 to 63. The location was great, we could bike to Harbour Town, Beach and Salty Dog! The owners were amazing and very communicative…I highly recommend

Amazing house - great location, completely updated

We have stayed at a lot of different beach houses and this was our favorite, by far. It's been recently updated, new floors, kitechen, baths, etc. The furnishings and finishes are very high quality. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked. We really enjoyed spending the mornings on the back, covered porch reading, drinking coffee and doing puzzles with our kids. Highly recommended. We will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely wonderful stay!!!

We had a party of 8 for most of our stay (including 4 adults, 1 teen girl, and 3 boys, ages 9, 10, and 12). We absolutely loved the home. It is very well decorated and was extremely clean. There were extra touches that were not at all expected were and very much appreciated.... The kitchen is stocked with many more kitchen tools than we have seen at other VRBO's. The kitchen also had 3 different coffee appliances (much appreciated by the coffee lovers in our group) - a typical pot, a Keurig, and a Nespresso. We loved the location - we rented bikes for the week and the kids spent hours just riding around the cul-de-sac, and riding to the local park to play basketball. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We spent many hours riding bikes through the neighborhood exploring and enjoying the peace and wildlife. We loved the 2 cats that would appear at the back door looking for food, and even saw 3 deer in the backyard one morning! We all felt like our vacation went far too quickly. We all would love to come back!!!

Absolutely perfect

I can’t say enough good things about this property! Its central location was perfect for family bike rides to all the things Sea Pines has to offer. The house is absolutely gorgeous-the screened porch is such a wonderful place to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee, or in our case, an evening full of giggles, snuggled on the daybed with the girls. By the time we arrived, the owner felt like a friend, and the housekeeper checked in on us a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Seriously couldn’t have been better!

Great Hilton Head Family Getaway

The Captain’s Daughter was a wonderful house for our family. It’s gave us plenty of space to spread out and have privacy, but also plenty of space to share together. It was very clean and the pictures are a true representation of the house. The owner Casey is very helpful and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay!

Sea Pines Getaway

Our stay in Hilton Head at Sea Pibes was the best.it was a family gathering of 9 people from the ages of 23 months to 71 years of aged and there was plenty of room and privacy for us all. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for meals The house is so tastefully decorated and so comfortable we would love to return to this beautiful house

The property was just what we expected. It was a comfortable layout for a few families and a great loft space for kids to sleep in and feel like they’re off on their own. Proximity to everything in Sea Pines, including walk to Shops at Sea Pines was really nice. Overall great stay and would definitely stay there again.

Best family vacation

We loved our stay in Sea Pines. Perfectly located near multiple gorgeous beaches, pools, shopping and food. The house was clean, spacious, and the host was always available via text and wanted our stay to be perfect. My only complaint is that our visit was too short!

Inaugural Family Vacation Success!!!

Casey’s property was perfect for our entire family. It made for a perfect home base, and fit the whole family + kids. It was spacious enough to fit 8 adults and 3 kids under 3 with endless energy. Yet we could all be near each other and enjoy our time together. It made it feel like we were at our own home away from home. She was also a gracious and helpful host: responding quickly, giving recommendations and answering any questions I had. When, not if, we come back I’ll be sure to book this home with Casey again!

Beautiful and relaxing stay

This was my favorite house I’ve stayed in while vacationing in Hilton Head. The house was perfect for our group of 9 (5 adults & 4 kids). The view of the lagoon and wildlife with it was so nice. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels were provided. Will definitely book again for another stay.

Clean, Peaceful, and More than Exceeded Expectations.

We enjoyed a five-night stay at this rental. My wife and I had been to Sea Pines before and were excited to revisit with our whole family. The open floor plan of this open accommodated our large family perfectly. We could all hang out together in the large living room, and all nine of us comfortably dined around the large kitchen table. The master suite was unbelievable, boasting a massive window overlooking the lagoon. The master bath had a beautiful soaking tub and a modern, spacious shower that seemed to never run out of hot water. The house was pristine. We are very particular, yet we didn't feel like we had to reclean anything before using it. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy several meals at home. It was a short drive (less than five minutes) to the beach trolly. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. The owners were immensely helpful, quick to answer any questions that we had. I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful experience

We enjoyed everything about the house and neighborhood. It was well equipped with everything we could need as far as board games and many nice kitchen items. It is a large open space with comfortable furniture and beds. The decor is very nice and it was perfect for our family. We enjoyed corresponding with the host as well. Highly recommend it!

Spring Break 2023

Where to start….First of all, we have used VRBO for several of our trips over the years and this trip by far surpassed our expectations with the communication with Casey the homeowner and Michelle the house cleaner. The house was extremely clean and very well equipped with everything that you would need. So much wildlife that can be viewed via the Kitchen window or the 3 season room. We saw Deer, 4 Kitty’s, multiple birds even saw an Owl and a few Alligators all without leaving the house. Just amazing. All of the beds were extremely comfortable with plenty blankets if needed. Also, Esme (vacuum) did a fantastic job with helping us maintain clean floors throughout the house. We also really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of the little things such as pump soap in the bathrooms. Plenty of towels, appliances were great in the Kitchen and the grill out back worked great as well. We also want to mention that the outside shower worked well and was used daily. You will be very hard pressed to find a better Owner/House Cleaner. This house is a must stay in our opinion even with our large group of 10 everyone had plenty of room to sprawl out and be comfortable. Kevin & Carrie B Portage, MI

Great stay!

We had a great time in HH at this location. House was beautiful and the common areas were perfect for our multitenerational family vacation. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable, and the place was immaculate. Communicating with host was a breeze. They were super helpful and response time was excellent. We did find it tough at first with 10 people and 2 showers, but once we worked out a schedule it was good. Would definitely stay again :)

We have very busy lives with work, sports and school, so we wanted a peaceful place to relax together as a family. We are looking forward to sharing our beautiful home with you to enjoy!

We loved the location of this property- a short bike ride to beach, community pool, tennis, basketball and playground- even the secret path next to the pool up to the Sea Pines Center! We also love the layout of this home- private suite in the back, the jack and Jill bedrooms, and the bonus room upstairs for kids and friends.

What makes this property unique

We have thoughtfully renovated the home with features that are durable, yet practical and beautiful. We wanted to give people a chance to "live in a magazine". Having a busy family of 6, it's a wonderful respite to go to the home to clean, simple, uncluttered living spaces. Having a pool, playground, tennis, basketball, and a secret path to the Sea Pines Center is an outstanding feature as well.
