Vacation home with direct access to the sea

Holiday house in a quiet location on the edge of a nature reserve.
On the ground floor there is an open kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped. Ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. Adjacent is the first bedroom, ideal for children (bunk bed). The toilet is separated from the bathroom area. The bathroom has a sink and a shower. Also in the bathroom is a washing machine.
Upstairs is the second bedroom with double bed. Also on the upper floor is a TV and a sofa bed.
On the terrace is in addition to the garden furniture still a massive barbecue.

Schöne saubere Anlage und zu dieser Jahreszeit im September angenehm ruhig. Sehr nah am weitläufigen feinen Sandstrand. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Strandurlaub

Insgesamt hat uns der Urlaub in Gruissan sehr gefallen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Grill etc.) und liegt sehr nahe am Meer. In der ersten Woche war es sehr heiß in Südfrankreich, sodass es im Haus trotz Ventilator vor Hitze nicht auszuhalten war (auch in der Nacht, vor allem im Schlafzimmer da dies direkt unterm Dach liegt). Eine Klimaanlage wie in manchen Nachbarhäusern gibt es leider nicht. Dies muss auch generell nicht zwingend notwendig sein, war jedoch für uns nicht schön. Das Haus an sich ist klein aber fein und eignet sich eher für zwei Personen, da das Kinderzimmer eher wie eine Abstellkammer mit kleinem Fenster wirkt, welches sich direkt an einem gut frequentierten Durchgang befindet. Auch die Matratzen waren nicht mehr in gutem Zustand. sodass das Zimmer für unsere Kinder nicht wirklich geeignet war. Nichts desto trotz hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub, die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert und auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt.

Süsses, kleine Haushälfte mit Terrasse

Toller Aufenthalt in traumhafter Lage zwischen Meer und Etang. Die Terrasse war unser Aufenthaltsraum. Auch bei großer Hitze waren die Temparaturen auf der Terrasse angenehm. Durch die Markise war immer Schatten. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Schönes kleines Haus in Strandlage, Hunde willkommen

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail. Sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts, mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Klein aber fein. Super Lage, direkter Zugang zur Lagune und nur ein paar Schritte zum offenen Meer. Perfekt für Familie mit nicht all zu hohen Platzansprüchen. Vierbeiner willkommen, Hunde freundliche Gegend.

Propriété très propre et très bien équipée. Seule la cour extérieure demande une petite rénovation (marquise défectueuse, intimité non assurée car porte d'accès à mi-hauteur et en mauvais état, entretien verdure non suivi, écoulement des eaux de pluie à revoir).

Au top !

Petite location parfaite pour l’été, logement très bien équipé (lave linge, micro onde, lave vaisselle, barbecue, cafetière, bouilloire, tv, ventilo….). A 2 pas de l’étang et 5 minutes a pieds de la grande plage. Resto le Croc’ a faire absolument a 5 minutes a pieds. Boulangerie, glaces et petite superette à côté. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine sont presents. Literie propre et en bon état. 6 couchages possibles mais ideal pour une famille. Proprio a l’écoute et disponible sans probleme. Je recommande les yeux fermés et nous y reviendrons.

Sommer 2021 Gruissan

Wir waren im Juli 2021 in Gruissan im Ferienhaus von Fam. Schmitt. Das Haus liegt ca. 500m vom super schönen Strand weg. Die Größe des Hauses ist für eine Familie mit Kindern absolut ausreichend und verteilt sich über 2 Etagen. Bei Ankunft war alles sauber und die Betreuung vor Ort durch Frau Astor lief reibungslos. Ein zusätzlicher Vorteil in dem Haus ist die Waschmaschine, die mit Kindern immer gut ist. Ist nicht in jedem Haus vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zudem ruhig gelegen. Wir fanden alles super. Zuletzt sei noch erwähnt, dass der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern auch freundlich und ohne Probleme ablief.

Très bonne vacances en famille au bord de la plage

Maison très agréable, avec terrasse et barbecue ! Idéalement situé, à 5 min à pied de la plage ( immense plage et en plus plutôt calme) la maison est dans une impasse donc nous n’avons pas était gêner par le bruit du tout! Les voisins étaient très sympathique, en plus ! Supérette, petit restaurant sympa à 3min à pied. Un Intermarché se trouve à 5 min en voiture. Bref je recommande sans problème à une petite famille !
