Location -11 blocks to the beach, 9 - hole golf course, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer in the unit, glass enclosed lanai, parking spot, elevator, pool, tennis courts, pickleball court, gym, and clubhouse, minutes away from shopping and dining.
Bookings over 90 days long must be made at least three weeks in advance and are subject to board approval. During the season, (January-March) we prefer a minimum of three months. There was no damage to the building during hurricane Ian. Contact us for details!
