Reise nach Erfurt

Sehr nette Vermieterin. Jedoch ist die Wohnung schon reichlich abgewohnt. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Gerade in Zeiten von Corona sollte man wenigstens alles mal abgewischt und gereinigt haben. Dies war jedoch nicht der Fall. So war der Kühlschrank schon ziemlich dreckig, innen und auch von außen. Ebenso der Boden. Wenn akkurat gereinigt worden wäre, dann hätte man die Buntstifte auf dem Boden auch gefunden und weg geräumt. Sehr schade ist auch das kein Schrank benutzt werden kann, da alles vom Vermieter belegt ist (Bettwäsche, Werkzeug, leere Tüten. Deko etc.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in einer sehr guten Lage in Erfurt

Sehr netter Kontakt, immer erreichbar für Fragen und Hilfen! Die Straßenbahn ist in ca. 2 min. zu erreichen. Zu Fuß ist man schnell am Petersberg, Egapark und zum Edeka! Die Wohnung ist hell und schön eingerichtet, prima für Familien. Wir kommen wieder - Top! Dez.2019/Jan.2020

Komfortabel Appartement in der nähe der Strassenbahm

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in die Wohnung. Nur die Schränke waren so voll, so dass keinen Platz für unsere Sachen geblieben war. Das Senseoapparat wie angekündigt in die Brochure war nicht vorhanden.

Toll mit kleinen Kindern

Auch ohne Auto gut zu erreichen. Mit der Tram (alle 10 Minuten) ist man in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt.

Für den Kurz- oder längeren Urlaub perfekt! Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, die Wege zum Bäcker, Edeka und vor allem Innenstadt sehr kurz, man kann alles erlaufen, wenn man will. Toll!

Empfehlenswerte Stadtwohnung

Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Sie liegt zentral, fussläufig zur City. Der check-in und -out Vorgang ist völlig unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne FeWo für bis zu 4 Erwachsenen! Sauberkeit 1+!

Sehr schöne, Super saubere und gut eingerichtete FeWo in Erfurt, in vollständig saniertem Altbau! Im Sommer schön kühl. FeWo ist ca. 20 Gehminuten vom Domplatz entfernt oder man nutzt die Straßenbahn, Haltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Ausreichend, kostenpflichtige, Parkplätze bei der FeWo vorhanden. Verschiedene Supermärkte 5 Fahrminuten entfernt. Wenn wir 2021 zur BuGa in Erfurt fahren ist diese FeWo unsere erste Wahl!

Pfingsten 2019

Es lief alles reibungslos. Eine tolle Wohnung in prima Lage. Straßenbahnhaltestelle quasi vor der Tür (aber stört nicht). Mit der Linie 2 und 4 kommt man regelmäßig, schnell hin und her. Bis zum Dom nur 15 Gehminuten. Alles vorhanden bzw wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen.
