Great view from the balcony
My favorite part of the day is sitting on the balcony and looking at the extraordinary view! It is very pleasant and not too hot because it is an end unit and the balcony is open on two sides. Being an end unit, there are many windows and it is wonderful to have all that natural light!
Elizabeth is a fantastic manager! She answers emails almost instantaneously and provides an answer or solution to whatever you ask!
The beds are very comfortable, and the towels very thick. There are more than enough beach towels and bathroom towels for several people.The condo was very well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, all types of soaps and shampoos that lasted for our entire month’s stay. We really appreciated having the condiments, olive oil and spices already there. We love the Pacifico community pools and the beach club. We don’t know of another development like this on the Guanacaste coast. It is 5 stars!
The negatives were that we could not get many channels on the TV. Elizabeth sent a person over to help us set it up, but we couldn’t get the stations we wanted. (My husband missed his football!) But perhaps the fault is our lack of understanding this system. The condo could use a facelift. The granite counter tops have been damaged by the hard water, and the dining table and chair set is pretty basic. But all that is minor compared to the location and the great resort amenities!
