Please be aware there is on-going construction at the resort, and you may experience drilling, hammering, and other construction noise, along with dust and debris on the balcony. Beach access may be altered during this time period as well. THERE WILL BE NO EXTERIOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY FROM MAY 25 - AUG 18, 2024.
The outdoor pool will close from Aug 19, 2024 through the winter 2025. The indoor pool will remain open.

First Girl’s Beach Trip

We had never been to Orange Beach before, but we throughly enjoyed ourselves. We will be back! Everything was perfect best time of year to come . Thanks for a great vacation!

My grandfather used to own many units in this property back in the 80’s, 90’s and early 2000’s and was searching for a bit of nostalgia. The place needs some exterior repairs, however, our unit was nice inside. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Experience

Although it seem to be an older property, it is amazingly beautiful inside and offered enough personal space for each guest. This was the first time that I have vacationed in a condo and I was very pleased with the accommodations. I feel that I got a great deal overall!

Nice property

Property was very clean and property management was good to work with. We were aware of some construction around the condo unit but nothing was mentioned about an outdoor pool closure. Outdoor pool closed on 8/19/24 (before Labor Day) and this was not disclosed on the online information when we booked this unit. We had two toddlers and we were very disappointed that the pool was closed. We chose this property because of the outdoor pool, kiddies pool, beachfront property, and number of people it would sleep. It was stated that it slept 10 including a pullout sofa bed. However, there was no pullout sofa bed. We had to ask for an air mattress. The online information needs to be updated with correct information. If we would have known about the pool closing, we would have chosen another condo. I feel that we should have been compensated for this misrepresentation. But even after voicing our concerns, no one reached out to us.

A Fun Time With Family!

The condo was amazing. Plenty of room and furnished very well. I loved the paintings with the beach scenes. We had a very nice view of the beach from the balcony.

Enjoyed our stay

This condo was very clean and we had a really good time. The view was amazing and location was very good. Communication from the property management was very good and we had no trouble with check in. The kitchen was adequately equipped but the quality and condition of the kitchenware could have been better. Be sure to bring or buy anything you might need including salt, pepper, sugar, etc. because none of it is provided. All of that aside, we had a really nice time and I would recommend!

Family Vacation

Our vacation was GREAT! The property was excellent. I really enjoyed the balcony and hearing the ocean at night. Everything you need in one place. Close to all places. Great for a Girl's trip

Bedrooms were nice and had plenty of storage. Kitchen and dining were spacious, as well. Several seating arrangements on the balcony Parking was easy and so was getting food delivered.

Pics don't do it justice

Pictures don't do this place justice, it is absolutely gorgeous. There were 10 of us and we never felt crowded. We did find what looked like beard hair in the shower and a random fruit loop near one of the couches (we didn't bring cereal), but otherwise it appeared pretty clean. All the linens and towels were clean. The dryer was a little noisy, so I don't recommend running it at night I'd you have any light sleeper. Other than that, I have nothing negative to say. Location is fantastic. Will definitely stay here again.

Summer Vacation 2022

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. I will say that the coffee maker is cheap and doesn't turn off by itself. The dryer sounds like a jet taking off and doesn't dry well. The kitchen island doesn't work properly. The condo is definitely in need of repair.

Wonderful condo

This beautiful condo was clean and had everything we needed! The outside of the building appears dated, but inside our condo did not. The only issue was that one of the beds was broken. While we were very grateful to receive such a quick response from the management group, it was a little frustrating that they showed up without letting us know ahead of time on 3 separate occasions during our stay. I understand they were coming to check the bed, fix it, and then check on it later, but it wasn’t fun to step out of the shower and into the kitchen to realize a stranger was in the condo. A simple text to let us know they were coming at a certain time would’ve been great. Overall, a wonderful condo and seamless check-in and check-out were greatly appreciated!

The location and unit were awesome great view of water and everything you need was so close by I’ve stayed in many places where seating and bedding was less than desirable but so comfortable here Only missing item (my fault I didn’t read) no hair dryer TV was only issue as it kept turning in and off or changing channels randomly Would rate the place as one of my top visits!
