Stay in this cozy 3 bedroom home where you can feel at home away from home. In January 2019, I updated my home with new kitchen appliances & granite countertops, new carpet, painted the interior, added a new flat screen tv to the Master Bedroom, new BBQ grill and added a fence for an enclosed backyard. This home features free wi-fi, split bedroom plan, washer/dryer and access to 1 car garage with opener. It's conveniently located off the Sonoma Ranch exit North of Hwy 70 so it has easy access for anyone who needs temporary housing who is working at WSMR, NASA or Mountain View Hospital. The house sits on a corner lot with a fenced yard (dogs welcome) and across the street from a neighborhood park. You can enjoy the front courtyard while you BBQ on the new gas grill or sit on the back patio drinking your coffee and watching the sunset on the Organ Mountains.

Cleanest VRBO ever

This was without a doubt the cleanest VRBO I have ever had the pleasure of renting! I am a cleaning lady by trade so I can be quite picky and this home was spotless!!! The location was great for our purpose of visiting family (my parents live nearby). It was just an all around lovely place to stay.

Las Cruces Vacation

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay in Las Cruces and at this lovely home. It's in a good location for shopping, sightseeing, and safety. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. Nicely done.

1 week stay Las Cruces

Check in was easy, we arrived a little early and the host was gracious enough to allow us entry. Very clean, fully stocked in all the rooms, especially the kitchen which had no detail or item overlooked. We like to cook our own meals so having a kitchen is very important; and it was excellent. Very quiet neighborhood as well. So pleased with this experience, way better than any hotel stay. We are so grateful .

Place was extremely clean, which is what we wanted. Monica was very hands on & responded almost immediately whenever I had a question. There was even a tiny decorated Christmas tree on the counter which we appreciated.

The a/c was giving us a small issue and the property manager came to fix it immediately and checked in with us through out the weekend to make sure it was still going well .

Comfortable home out skirts of Las Cruses

Comfortable home. Has issue with garage door but didn't really need to use. Did not cook but limited cookware available. Lots of rules with $25 to $50 fines...afraid to rate because of these. Met our needs. Was a safe neighborhood and easy to find.

Nice little house in quiet neighborhood

The house had everything we needed: modern, fully equipped kitchen, large TV, main bedroom with ensuite. 2nd bathroom. The AC worked great and kept the house cool even when the temperature outside was over 100. The high-speed Wi-Fi worked great. The listing said it was a 3-bedroom, but one bedroom was locked. When we asked, Monica she said that we were getting a lower rate because there were only two of us, so it was effectively a 2 bedroom. That was surprising and unusual. The house also had a washer/dryer in the garage (which was hot). We asked if we could have people over to celebrate our mom's 98th birthday and Monica said yes. We were able to fit everyone comfortably and a good time was had by all. One odd thing was that the house rules asked us to wipe off the counters daily with a sealer/cleanser that had a warning that was considered a carcinogen in California. The house rules also said we would be fined if we left any trash, didn't take the cans to the curb, or didn't run the dishwasher when we left. That seemed petty since we were paying a $100 cleaning fee. Overall we were happy with our stay, even with the minor issues stated above.

Tidy home, close to hiking and exploring

This home was amazingly clean. It is off of Hwy 70 and close to I-25 so exploring is easy. Monica was very responsive. A great deal too.

Holiday stay was A+

Highly recommend. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was friendly and the park across the street was very convenient. Owners communicated openly about any issues that came up during our stay and were very accommodating. They were very helpful and made sure we were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again while we’re in town to visit family.

A Nice Stay

The property is very clean and well kept. Everything was in working order. There was a closet with plenty of extra towels and the owner left extra trash bags and toilet paper! Beds are comfortable. It's also nice to have a garage (one car) to park the car in. I would stay there again.

I am a local resident for over 40 years and I've always managed my own rentals because I believe in having a clean house to rent. Whenever I am made aware of a repair or a leak I immediately take action to take care of the item.

Why they chose this property

January 2019 I just repainted the entire interior of the house, I installed new carpet, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops & glass backsplashes in the kitchen and installed a fence to secure small pets. It's conveniently located off the Sonoma Ranch exit North of Hwy 70 so it has easy access for anyone who needs temporary housing who is working at WSMR, NASA or Mountain View Hospital.

What makes this property unique

Corner Lot with a large yard. This is great if you want to have a family get together. There is plenty of parking on the street around the corner. Tenants with pets or small children, the park across the street is convenient and a nice place to visit
