Relax and Enjoy South Padre Island and the nearby beach with the whole family at this peaceful spacious place. Come make some great memories with friends and family. My place is walking distance from beach access or come and relax by the pool and hot tub. It is also located in the center of the island, so there are beach stores for shopping and fantastic restaurants for your enjoyment close by. You will feel at home with a cozy, peaceful feeling. Come and have some fun!

Hi I am 63 years old and married to a great husband. We live close by, in Rio Hondo, we have 2 children which are now adults. They are out of the house and have their own homes. I enjoy renting my 2 properties in the island. I enjoy meeting and having conversations with my guests. I try my best to provide every guest with a great, satisfying booking/rental service.
Why they chose this property
This property is great for guests that want to be close to the beach and restaurants and shopping stores. Walking distance to the most common places.
What makes this property unique
This condo is very peaceful and quite. Family orientated. It has only 4 units and 2 rent and the other 2 units do not. So there is less people in the pool area. There is a BBQ grill for my guests in the pool area. Come and relax and enjoy.
