This condo has been totally and completely REMODELED. Everything is NEW. Photos updated as of 3/15/2025. Pointe Santo is open for business. The POOL and SPA are open as are the beach access paths. FYI's courtyard is not open, there will still be some construction and landscape replacement going on over the next couple months... Fabulous Penthouse end unit with over sized private roof deck gives you the most panoramic views of both the Gulf as well as the island of Sanibel! Because this is an end unit all the rooms in the Condo are light and bright with floor to ceiling windows. The master suite has an entire wall of glass that overlooks the courtyard and the Ocean! A screened Lanai offers a great place to enjoy sunsets and early morning coffee or a late night snack.

Fully remodeled, professionally decorated and fully equipped all you'll need is your bathing suit. We supply beach towels and a well stocked closet with everything you'll need for the beach including beach chairs and beach umbrella as well beach toys for the little ones. Speaking of little ones, we also have available a pak n play and a high chair for your use. Condo features a spacious Master Suite, a second bedroom with a Queen bed and direct access to hall bath and a third cozy bedroom with bunk beds, full bed on the bottom and a twin bed up that is great for kids. The work station in the Living Area allows guests ample room to spread out and get work done if needed. Pointe Santo has recently upgraded the network for the complex and FREE high speed WiFi is included at no cost with our condo for those who must stay connected.

Pointe Santo De Sanibel is one of the most sought after complexes on the island, built prior to the city enacting setback limits makes Pt. Santo literally as close to the Gulf as you can get on the island. In addition the amenities at Pt. Santo are top of the line and include: Heated pool, Hot tub, Clubhouse(with internet access, roof top deck and bathrooms), Children's activities, Beach Lounge Chairs, Beach volleyball, Shuffle board, 2 Tennis courts, On Site Security and Maintenance. Property was great. Beautiful view from the rooftop. Evans was a great host,. Shelling was phenomenal. Traffic was bad at certain times so we had to adjust a little but that is location specific. We had a wonderful time and the property was great.

What a beautiful place to stay! Perfect for our family. We enjoyed early mornings on the sun deck, evenings in the lanai, the one rainy day there, the jigsaw puzzles at the condo provided the teens with entertainment. They pulled one out had fun together assembling the puzzle. Lots of beach gear-wow! The kitchen was fully equipped. While we enjoyed several of the many fine restaurants on Sanibel & Captiva, we had all we needed to cook meals in the condo. This was such a lovely and relaxing place to stay. Thanks!

Father’s Day week
We arrived and were really impressed with our condo, it was very modern in many aspects. The elevator was extremely small and failed to operate a couple times. The only other issues was the tv service in the master suite was intermittent in its functionality and the master bath’s shower entry is extremely small. Overall we loved our stay.

Great location and Unit! Only issue is slow Internet.
This is a great location with an awesome view from the windows. You're close to the general store and many restaurants. The unit is clean and well supplied. The beach supplies are in a storage next to the elevator on the 4th floor. If you plan to do activities for the kids in the clubhouse, I suggest booking it early and they only take cash. The unit manager is very responsive. Lots of shells on the beach. There is a roof sundeck, but its usually too hot to use it or too many mosquitos in the evening to enjoy it. The internet is very slow and unsecured, using the VPN slows it down even more. The pool can get busy, have to get there early if you want to have a seat with an umbrella. Overall, we would stay here again.

Perfect family vacation!
Can’t say enough good things about our stay — condo was as described. Really appreciated the beach chairs, towels, etc. Meant we didn’t have to take all that! Comfortable space and we loved the rooftop deck. Kitchen was well stocked, but condo needs some larger serving bowls and also some storage containers for leftovers — we cook a lot of our evening meals on vacation and missed having those! Nice pantry space for dry goods. We were blessed with perfect weather all week — lots of beach time! The condo is very conveniently located to some great restaurants and the grocery stores, too.

Heaven on Earth
Myself and five girlfriends ages 57-67 just spent a week at Evans’ condo. The condo is in absolutely pristine condition and has everything you could possibly need including thick beach towels and five beach chairs, beach umbrella, and numerous other beach toys, floats, etc. We loved having our morning coffee on the beautiful rooftop deck. We rented bicycles for the week and didn’t need a car. The bicycle paths on Sanibel Island are great. You can shop at Bailey’s General Store and for $15 they deliver the groceries to the condo door. We greatly enjoyed shelling and found a gigantic conch shell, sand dollars, and many, many beautiful shells. A great restaurant right down the road in walking distance called the Sandbar had fabulous seafood and huge, tender steaks. Evans was very quick to respond to any questions I had. His condo, manager, Jim was also always available for any questions and very helpful. . Thank you Evans also for the very thoughtful book written by an author who stays at the condo. We are all excited to read it. The complex itself is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, outdoor hot tub, Pickleball. and snacks at the snack bar. Being beachfront was amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and hope to return again. I would highly recommend this condo to all

Condo was very nice. Everything is as described except there is no private WiFI in the condo. There is Wifi and it worked fine but it is the property-wide Wifi. They just need to update on the description. it would be nice to have provided more paper products (toilet paper). Not enough to get through the week and we had to buy a big pack of it which we left behind.

Our week in C-47 was exceptional! We were provided 5 beach chairs, 4 pool noodles, a wonderful assortment of sand toys, 3 boogie boards, a cooler, and a beach umbrella for our outside needs. Inside the condo provided everything we needed to prepare meals, a fantastic supply of beach towels, and bedding. There was nothing missing for our stay! Thank you!

Pointe Santo is a very nice complex. Top Floor unit is terrific. Top floor with roof top deck. Evans, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this unit and owner.

We had a wonderful week on Sanibel — despite cooler temps, we took advantage of the proximity of the property to the beach, the rooftop deck, the pool and hot tub. Our hosts made it all so effortless and comfortable. There were six adults in our group and the condo and complex provided plenty of room and activities for all. We will definitely come again!
