We are Chad and Rosanne Morris and we first discovered this group of homes extending into the bay in 2008 and then bought in September, 2011. Close to Philadelphia, Washington DC and New Jersey/ N Y, we have many guests stay with us and have great vacations.
Why they chose this property
A super place in one of the best locations for quietness other than the tides constricting as they go into the inlet or back from the ocean.
What makes this property unique
This is a lovely home right on the bay. It does have a lot of steps so we have an Acorn stairlift which we offer as an additional amenity for $250 for the rental period and a $500 damage deposit.
