Very nice owners with good communication. Easy to find and close to everything in Eureka Springs. Plenty of room for our group and nicely furnished. Needed light cleaning but just minor things. Drawback is very close to road/highway so there was traffic noise but that was explained in listing. But also the driveway/parking was very small and right off highway, so tricky to pull in and out of. Overall, enjoyed stay and would recommend.
We were going to rent one of the cabins but decided to rent the historic lodge instead. Roomy, clean, comfy. Bathroom upstairs a little inconvenient. Guests have to enter master bedroom to use the bathroom. Great pictures of bears pooping in the bathroom. Owners great. WiFi works good. Great place. Close to downtown Eureka.
Right on the highway, not close, on it. Maybe 50 ft from the front door. Driveway isn't long enough to safely back out and the property main sign blocks the view from one direction. Inside was pretty unclean. Spiderwebs on ceilings and under beds. Dirt in corners, etc. Nothing nasty, just dirty. Host was very friendly and responsive. We were staying with 6 people and this was the only available option for pets. The back room did serve well as a pet room so that's good. No leash rule here so the next door guests were letting their two dogs poop all over where we were. Not the hosts fault, but should consider a leash rule due to some people being seriously inconsiderate. Front room needs to be cleaned up big time.
The cabin was just off the highway so it wasn’t secluded and a bit of road noise. However, the cabin was so nice and clean and we weren’t too concerned about the road noise. The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves and they even left us eggs, apple juice and sausage in the fridge. We had a mishap with the hot tub on the first night as it wasn’t working but the owner was quick and responsive to get it fixed and running for our second night. They even provided a partial refund for our troubles. The cabin was close to all the area attractions and easy to navigate to. We would definitely stay here again simply due to the affordability and effort of the owners to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The cabin was just what we needed for our first time to Eureka Springs. The host was responsive to our questions and the location was convenient to downtown Eureka and to our float trip we had planned. The master bed was not comfortable but the deck/hot tub area made up for that. Overall we had a great stay!
Very nice property in a great location. The cabin was inviting and had all the comforts of home. The property manager was more than helpful and commuicated well. I would recommend this cabin to anyone visiting the Eureka Springs area.
Great place to stay just outside of Eureka Springs
Great cabin space with back deck and hot tub. Possibly one of the best hot tubs ever! Host was very accommodating and responsive. Great location for Lake Leatherwood and Passion Play mountain bike trails. Hope to stay here again.
Very clean & cute little cabin. The beds were SO comfortable, great homey touches, well stocked kitchen. The hot tub was nice too!
Would definitely stay here again.
