Great property just as advertised

Quiet neighborhood that was easily accessible from local freeway. Everything we needed was in the house. Far better and cheaper stay than any hotel would have been for us and our 8 year old grandson.

Lovely bungalow

Comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Nice, walkable, neighborhood. Covered front porch was a great place to relax and enjoy the day. We would love to go back!

My friend and I rented this place for the weekend. The house was very clean and well appointed. It has nice decor, and the property is well maintained. We had a question, and the owner was very quick to respond. We would gladly stay again!

Great Little Bungalow

Great, little place with everything you need in a super cute package. The proximity to restaurants, WPAFB etc. was awesome! The longest drive we had was maybe 13 minutes. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first but we had no issues and was quiet for the most part. This is a great value and would absolutely stay here again! The host was awesome and gave us some great tips on good restaurants in the area. Also, do not miss the Air Force Museum….very cool and nostalgic!

Awesome visit!

The property was easy to find and book, the host was fast and responsive. Pictures are appropriate and accurate. Devona is a fantastic host, I've stayed in many properties (this platform and others) and she is in my top 10. The property is clean, well appointed and quiet, nice area. Convenient location

Passing through

We made a brief stop to visit friends. The home is in a great location and perfect for our small family. It helped us land between scheduled meet ups and rest on our own time. Parking felt safe, neighborhood was quiet. Nice kitchen. Comfy linens. Some necessary items that we forgot. Thanks for the hospitality.

Nicely remodeled older home in Belmont neighborhood of Dayton. Well supplied with many extras. Very clean. No problems at all. Was very convenient between the church and downtown reception for our daughter's wedding. Very convenient to highway.

Family Visit

Stayed for a long weekend while we visited our daughter at college. Property was charming, clean, as described with a few extras which were a nice touch. Host was responsive and helpful. Off street parking was a plus as the street is rather narrow. We will definitely use this property again.
