The newly built apartment is located in Börgerende on Seestraße 26 and is only 250 meters from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. Börgerende is located between the fashionable and oldest seaside resort Heiligendamm and the characteristic ghost forest in Nienhagen. Both places are only about 4.8 km and 15 minutes away. The unspoiled ghost forest with its beautiful hiking trails and the crooked trees is something very special. "Where the wind mows the grass," say the locals when they speak of this magical place: Because the curved grasses of the forest are exposed to permanent sea breezes, they always seem to stay the same length.

This 65 square meter apartment is located on the ground floor and is located in the small resort Börgerende on the Baltic Sea. Börgerende is a young resort directly between the exclusive Heiligendamm and the famous Nienhagener ghost forest. The apartment has a large 30m² living room, hallway and daylight shower room with WC. The kitchenette and dining area are integrated into the living area. From there, a cozy folding sofa can quickly create a 150 x 200 m double bed for the children. A 20 m² bedroom with double bed, 180 x 200 cm and a spacious closet also offers space for a travel cot, which can be booked as an option. On the east-facing terrace, which adjoins the bedroom, breakfast can be taken in the fresh air. From the living room you enter the West Terrace, where you can enjoy the Baltic Sea sun with a glass of wine. Due to the size of the living room and the bedroom accommodation of up to 4 people is easily possible. The apartment has underfloor heating and Wi-Fi. The apartment has two parking spaces. A bakery and a small kiosk for the most needed needs are right in the neighborhood. Various restaurants can be found nearby and a net market about 2 km in Börgerende-Rethwisch.
