Beautiful view

My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment looks just like it does in the pictures with amazing views. It has pretty much everything you want. Staff is very responsive and helpful when I had any inquiries. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Cartagena.

Clean, great price, everything you need

Great price, beds were a little too firm but comfortable. Mini-splits worked well except in the family room - it never cooled down enough for it to feel comfortable. Large balcony with nice panoramic views. No hot water, but it was so hot outside it didn’t matter. Very large spaces. We loved that there is a little convenient store and grilled food restaurant immediately next to the Las Flores building. It was super convenient.

Flight canceled due to hurricane

Never made it to Colombia due to Hurricane Deby. In the middle of the night as soon as my flight was canceled I notified the location. After much talk on Sunday the gentleman told me to rebook and it would run me an extra $80 plus because the days I wanted were high season. I told him I would settle up with him Monday. Monday he informed me that I willld have to completely rebook and pay the whole amount again. Totally backing out of the agreement we had made Sunday.

Nice but messy

The place is beautiful and clean, but one of the nights we stayed there it was raining very hard, and the placed end up flooding due to all the water coming in from the big windows so we spend the night cleaning all the water. I reported the issue and they send a cleaning team the next day but they need to fix those windows
