What makes this property unique
The room is located inside our art atelier. It is furnished in a simple way, but also embellished with some of our works. The room is large, equipped with a double bed. It has a balcony overlooking a quiet garden. THERE IS NO USE OF THE KITCHEN. However, in the corridor we have placed a table-top refrigerator and a microwave oven. The accommodation has just been renovated. The entrance to the apartment is shared with our atelier, but the room is private and the bathroom is shared with the guests of the other room (if the other room is not rented, the bathroom is all yours!). The house is a beautiful 70's house 10 minutes walk from the beach.
The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well furnished, we want it to be left in the orderly and clean condition in which it is found. Please have respect for the things and objects in the house. We love polite and respectful people.
Cleaning and clean linen only at the entrance. Then the guest will have to provide for himself.
Please treat the house as if it were your own. Respect for the owners please, and DO NOT SMOKE inside the house.
ONLY people who have booked on VRBO are allowed in our house. Unauthorized people are not allowed.
Remember that you will come to live together, albeit for a short time, in a private house. Respect the common rules of coexistence. Strictly no rowdy bands, loud music or loud noises. Our house is not a hostel or a hotel. Don't treat the VRBO experience as if it were. Here are other rules. Please read the house rules before booking. A reservation request is recommended before booking.
