The complex is located in a tree lined street and offers well maintained gardens and a swimming pool. The complex is just a few streets away from the Estepona leisure harbor with restaurants, bars and water sports. There is a supermarket, as well as the beach and stores within walking distance.

This beautiful apartment is accessible by elevator. The living room and kitchen are designed in a large, open style. On the right side is the fully equipped kitchen and on the left side is the living / dining area. From the lounge you have access to the spacious open terrace with 2 patio sofas, a dining table and chairs and awnings that provide shade.

Both bedrooms are furnished with king size beds and benefit from fitted wardrobes and access to the terrace. The guest bedroom has a guest toilet and the master bedroom has a spacious dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub with shower. The apartment has air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms. Wi-Fi is free of charge. A deposit is required for access cards to the pool area.
