**great monthly rates**This is an excellent rental in a very safe little neighborhood with amazing neighbors. This house is very bright, open and convenient to live in. The location is unbeatable being walking distance to the waterfront and Indian Riverside Park. The house is located less than a Mile from charming Downtown Jensen Beach, which has a collection of shops, restaurants and bars hosting live music nightly. The beaches of Hutchinson Island are a mere 3 miles across the lagoon. This 2 Bedroom and 2 Full Bathroom 1200 sq foot, free standing house renovated and updated in 2021. The house has all the amenities. Brand New AC, Impact doors and windows, stainless steel appliances. SOLAR SYSTEM with full spray foam insulation. There is a brand new slider door giving access to a brand new paver patio oasis. There is all fresh landscaping with 16 new trees and dozens of new flowers and shrubs.
