THE SPACE

This home includes four spacious bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a modern kitchen, two separate living rooms, a dining room that seats 12+, and a full game room complete with ping-pong, pool table, poker table and bar. Amenities include washer/dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans, AC and a vaulted ceiling that opens the home to the beauty of the Smoky Mountains every moment of every day. Each morning begins with a different view of these incredible mountain ranges.
Included are smart TVs with Netflix and other streaming apps, wifi and plenty of games and books to play.
Outdoors you will enjoy a beautiful deck with comfortable adirondack chairs, a large grill, picnic tables, a fire pit, and a wrap around deck. Sliding doors open to the deck from the great room as well as an access point from the master bedroom.
Find a fully stocked kitchen complete with a full set of pots and pans, kitchen utensils, baking pans and baking dishes. Included is a toaster, microwave, and all the plates and utensils you can use.
For hikers and bikers, hundreds of trails for all ability levels await. The Western Carolina University trail system is about 6 minutes away.
Fly fishing is very popular in the Tuckasegee River. The Locust Creek Access Area is 10 minutes away.
The Dillsboro river company and tubing adventures are 10 minutes away!

HOT TUB:
During the hottest time of the year, from June to September, there should be an expectation that the hot-tub will be off-line.
If the hot-tub is undergoing maintenance or repairs and is unavailable during your stay, there is no discounts or refunds. We will do our best to make it available in the non-summer months but there is no guarantees.
Please note that in the event we need to drain the hot tub after your stay, there will be a fee of $350 to cover the cost of maintenance and cleaning. We strive to keep our hot tubs in excellent condition for all of our guests to enjoy, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping them in top shape.
No glass in or near the hot tub or pool. If there's any remnants of glass, guest will be charged a $2,000 fee.
PETS:
• We allow up to two dogs to join you in your stay for an additional $200 pet fee
• Pets should not weigh more than 50 lbs
• Pets are not allowed on the furniture
• Pets must be supervised at all times
• Pets must be declared upon reservation
REMINDER: We highly recommend guests to use a 4-wheel drive during WINTER. In the case of a snow storm, either a 4-wheel drive and/or chains on the tire are a requirement.
The garage has been transformed into a game room, making it unavailable for parking cars.
Plenty of parking is available on the driveway.
There are so many things to do around Sylva. Just minutes away from Smoky Mountain, Sylva is home to a quaint mountain scene with plenty of shops to visit such as for ice cream, crafts, gems, food and souvenirs. Hike, bike, raft and fish all within minutes of the cabin! Check out the Cherokee reserve where Harrah’s Casino is located, then explore into the Blue Ridge Parkway for breathtaking views.
Western Carolina University is also about 8 minutes. Dillsboro is a cute river-front village with restaurants and shops about 8-10 minutes from our home and is a stop for the Great Smokey Mountain Railroad! In Asheville, approximately an hour away, explore The Biltmore Estate or check out the Sierra Nevada Brewing Company and tour the production facility. Downtown Asheville has so many shops to visit and diverse restaurants to stop by & get a bite.
