You will love the view from the patio as you enjoy a beautiful sunset overlooking the main channel of Lake Hamilton. Staying at Lake Escape, you will have plenty of room to enjoy your stay. A newly remodeled unit with new furnishings and bedding. The two bedrooms have a king size bed, the bathrooms have full showers and full size vanities, and there is a Hollywood Vanity in the Master Suite. It is also equipped with WIFI, stackable washer/dryer, full kitchen setup, grill, and kitchen table.

Amazing location

Nice Rental

We enjoyed our 2-night stay. Condo is right on water and we were able to capture a beautiful sunset. Condo was fully stocked and had bottled water in fridge and gelato in freezer. But, there was no bath soap in either shower and we had to use foaming hand soap from vanity. We also had an issue with the internet connection but Nick was quick to respond and said it was a new service. Otherwise, bed was comfy, plenty of bath linens but no dishwashing cloths so we used lots of paper towels to clean up kitchen. Entrance is gated but beware of steep decline down to rental unit. We did not use pool or pickleball but they looked very well maintained. Appears this is an older complex and in progress of replacing siding. It was a nice stay with only minor issues (soap & internet) and we would stay again because it was a good value.

Comfy place!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a quiet neighborhood but had easy access to everything we wanted to do. The patio next to the lake was a nice place to sit in the early morning and evening hours. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Nick is a friendly host and responds to messages very quickly. He was helpful and considerate.

Lovely condo

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Just had to consult with the property management about the keypad not working and we had to replace the batteries in it. One of the bathrooms didn’t have the soaps and shampoo put out and one bathroom didn’t have the towels out in it so we had to find all those items in one of the closets. But other than that our stay was great comfortable beds and clean furniture.

Overall Condo

Upon arrival the condo was very clean, snack stocked and looked exactly like the picture. Everything you needed, was there! The host advised us of a little debris from the previous storms but overall very clean and beautiful view. Only one little hiccup. The first night we came back from dinner and our parking spot was taken. Waited but no one came out. The next day we talked to the neighbor and they admitted they were in our spot because someone had taken there’s. Later in the afternoon everything got back to normal. Awesome place to stay and will stay again soon.

Fabulous Condo - I will be back.

Had a wonderful weekend - will definitely be back. Convenient to everything. Great view of the lake. Small yard area for fur babies to potty. Just an all-around great stay. Very Clean. If you follow the instructions provided for entry and exit, you won't have any problems.

Excellent location right on Lake Hamilton. The condo was well decorated, clean, and was well stocked with more necessities than we were anticipating. Really could not have asked for more.

Nice location right on Lake Hamilton

Nice condo with walk-out access to lake. There are some steep stairs from parking to front door, so beware if you have accessibility issues. Quiet complex when we stayed; available boat slip right out patio door. Only complaint was that we were had a knock on the door at 8:30am on our last morning by a plumber who was sent by the owner and was unaware that we were staying in the condo.

Never Disappoints

My wife and I have stayed at this particular property several times over the years and it never disappoints. If we go to Hot Springs this is where we are staying. Period. The location and view of Lake Hamilton is perfect. I'm thankful to the owner for renting this place out for others to enjoy. We'll be back.

DANGEROUS STEEP STAIRS

We would not have chosen to stay at your listing if you had revealed the steep, uneven and crumbling stairs that lead to the front door and the fact the dishwasher didn’t work. Both these important items were clearly not pictured or revealed in your listing. My mother feel down on the stairs twice while moving in for her stay. She walks everyday and is not disabled in any way. Both her legs suffered scrapes, bruising, and swelling because of these falls. On the second bed/bath side of the house there is mold in the shower track and the toilet makes a shrill sound after flushing. The top sheet had a whole in middle of bottom that my foot found several times. And what about the baseboard trim with nails sticking out blocking use of the closet. The thermostat does not show accurate temperature. The patio was nice , but there were no hanging lights as are pictured in your listing. And ur condo is not over 1500 square feet. Overall, not what we paid for.

Thank you for allowing my spouse and I to stay at your condo! We would love to come back when the lake wasn't drawn down. Even though it was low, my husband fished off the docks! The home was everything that was advertised. There were three items that were missed by the cleaning staff but did not impact our stay. The dishwasher did not work but I understand that the owner was waiting on parts. That is understandable. Very convenient to all the attractions and safe! Thanks!

Spacious with easy lake access

Great location right on the water with easy access to the boat dock. Interior was spacious with good seating options and included all of the necessities we needed plus some.

Clean and convenient!

This property was perfect for a quick per Thanksgiving trip with Family. The most important thing for me is cleanliness and this property hit the mark. Convenient location. The check in process was easy, simple steps. Appreciate the simplicity as we’ve stayed at other Hot Springs properties where the requirements and process was so detailed and involved and almost overwhelming. Thanks you for sharing!

Nice and relaxing

Everything as described and very nice. Many nice details and amenities (ex. lots of towels, supplies, etc). Only notes I would make is the hill is very steep and thus something to think about if staying during colder months. There was a light out and TV has a roku but you have to use your accounts apparently. Just fyis really - place was wonderful.

Romantic getaway
