Comprised of a two-bedroom condo and an adjoining lock-off studio -- each with a private entrance -- perks include a full kitchen, a fireplace, and stunning mountain views from every room.

Boasting an on-site chairlift to Palisades Tahoe, this Four-Diamond getaway presents unparalleled amenities like heated all-season pools and one of the nation's top five resort spas. Additional highlights include a seasonal ice rink, tennis courts, and a championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr.

The living room has a queen sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. Prepare delectable dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, fitted with a full suite of appliances. The breakfast bar seats two, while the dining table has room for six. The primary suite has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second suite has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and a desk. The en-suite bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. A half bath provides added convenience.

The studio sleeps four additional guests. The sleeping space has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and a desk. A mini-fridge and a coffee bar with a Keurig provide added convenience. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

These adjoining units are located on the eighth floor. One unit has two levels. Elevators are available.
The Everline Resort & Spa requires a $100/night resort fee for this rental, paid upon arrival (prices subject to change). This is a private owner's unit and includes departure housekeeping only. Daily maid service or additional linens can be ordered from the front desk for an additional fee.
Ski-in/ski-out accessibility may not be available in early/late season, and only when the Palisades Tahoe lift is operational.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
