The sleeping space has two queen beds, a flatscreen TV, and a desk. A mini-fridge and a coffee bar with a Keurig provide added convenience. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a starter supply of bath amenities.

The Everline Resort & Spa requires an additional $40/night resort fee for this unit, to be paid upon arrival (prices subject to change). This is a private owner's unit and includes departure housekeeping only. Daily maid service or additional linens can be ordered from the front desk for an additional fee.
Due to snow conditions, ski-in/ski-out accessibility may not be available in early/late season, and only when the Palisades Tahoe lift is operational.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
