About this property

Holiday house for 10 guests with 140m² in Grächen (92223)

The chalet (also suitable for two families. We do not rent to two foreign parties). has three rooms with 2 beds each, including a studio) There are four additional beds in the attic. A living room with TV, WiFi, radio, DVD as well as a kitchen, dishwasher and bathroom. Two baby bed. The studio with two beds, shower, toilet, microwave, refrigerator has a separate entrance. The chalet also has a washing machine in the basement.
The chalet is surrounded by a piece of 3000 m² (forest of 700 m2), garden fireplace, fireplace, slide, swing, table tennis table and natural house. Terrace with deck chairs in a sunny location
We have some parking spaces by the stairs to the chalet.
