The spacious Villa Mar is located in a quiet residential area just a few steps from the famous sandy beach of S'Arenal. The holiday home is ideal for those who prefer a central location close to activities and amenities while enjoying a relaxing holiday in a comfortable atmosphere. With a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms the accommodation offer room for 10 adults.

In the picturesque outdoor area, the partially covered terrace and sun loungers invite you to enjoy your holidays. Thanks to the ideal location of the villa, you can reach shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, cafés and the long sandy beach Playa de S'Arenal within a few minutes' walk. The sandy beach is open all year round and most bars and restaurants are also open in winter.
The house has a beautiful and comfortable swimming pool located on the main terrace that will delight guests during their stay and after days at the beach or relaxing in the villa.
Economical water consumption pays off (up to 10,000 liters per week included).
Late check-in is possible for an extra fee.
There are parking spaces on the property and on the street. are not allowed.
