Awesome location

This was a nice property in a very nice location. Beach access was right across the street. The property was just as described, nicely updated although it could use a little TLC on the exterior. Tim was an excellent host and we had a wonderful time. This trip was just the two of us and our pups. We will book this again when we can bring the family.

Ocean view stay

We had a wonderful time. The home was very clean with great amenities. The host was very prompt with any correspondence that was needed. Highly recommend this location. Great view of the gulf and very close walking proximity to the beach. Could not have wanted more. Will be back.

The small things add up...

So the first issue, was getting into the facility. I was trying to get in at what I would consider, the front door. Nope, had to get in at the basement/bottom door. The front door does not lock from the outside and the indoor stairs are treacherous. also, except for the kitchen sink - NOTHING else drained properly - all bathroom sinks and tub backed up-the cleaning crew left Draino -which didn't help! Also, our pet could not use the backyard -there is some sort of flea/bug problem - we were constantly bathing him. Location and beach were great, but overall, the house needs some updating/attention.

30A Beach Stay

We all had a fantastic time on our vacation. The house was very clean and was very pleased with the location. It was short walk to the beach access just across the road and the golf cart was very handy and a fun treat. I mean sometimes you just don’t want to drive the car! They had extra beach towels and a washer and dryer to wash your clothes so you didn’t have to worry about doing that when you get back home. We are already planning on staying here again!! Until next time! I highly recommend.

Wonderful!

Mr. Tim was wonderful and extremely considerate. This place has everything we could have asked for. We stayed with a group of 6 ladies between the ages of 56 and 62. The beds were very comfortable. We mostly enjoyed the view from the balcony and the 6 seater golf cart. Thank you, Mr. Tim, for sharing your lovely home.

Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family. We have five kids and everyone was able to sleep comfortably in their own space. The house features a huge deck that we were able to spend hours on enjoying the view of the ocean. It was also a convenient bike ride to the Horseshoe and the Hub/Chill. This is a home we will return to in the future as it was perfect for our family of 7 and our pup who enjoyed his first family vacation.

Perfect Little Beach Home on 30A

This beach home was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving get away! Its situated right on 30A with very close access to the beach just a short walk across 30A. The location is perfect to get to any of the beach communities along 30A (Rosemary, Alys, Big Chill, Seaside, Seagrove). The house itself was older but updated well with a beautiful second story open air deck to watch the sun set on the ocean or see the stairs at night. The living room had plenty of space for our small family to hang out, play games, and watch movies. You can even see the ocean from the large windows! Lastly, use of the golf of cart was a blast; but be sure to check out where you can and can’t park in certain communities before hand. And of any road or bridge closings ahead of time. It was fun to ride down to the Big Chill to walk our dogs and hang out. The only thing to be mindful of are the sand spurs when you walk your dogs. That’s not just for the house but anywhere along a walking path on 30A. The hose was super friendly and responsive! Our stay couldn’t have been any better!

Convenient location and responsive host

The location and beach access are great. Every time I asked the host a question he responded within minutes. Great communication. The use of the golf cart is the icing on the cake. Property allows dogs, but unfortunately dogs are not allowed on beach. We were stopped by code enforcement but he did not give us a fine. Really nice guy and under stood that we honestly did not know. Overall, property was great! Would stay there again. It may not be as fancy as a lot of properties on 30A but served its purpose and was well equipped.

Needs work

Great location but this house needs updating. Sliding door doesn’t lock, main front door keypad doesn’t even work. Didn’t have any sheets upon arrival for the pull out couch, roaches in sinks and shower, downstairs bed partially broken. Luckily it was close to beach access, for price per night would rather stay somewhere else.

Excellent family beach house!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The beach house was very close to beach access. The property was clean, well decorated, and spacious for a family. We enjoyed the balcony porch. The owner is prompt to reply and was very kind. We will definitely stay again!

Older house needs repairs and better management

I had to contact the property manager to obtain the entry codes, as absolutely no check-in instructions or welcome information were ever provided. Sliding door on porch broken and inoperable; very low water pressure in shower; wooden trim breaking/broken in multiple places; rugs are old and worn out; kitchen faucet missing pieces, so water only sprays in a fine jet blast that splatters everywhere; clothes washing/drying inconveniently located in detached garage area; construction directly between the house and the beach blocks views and creates loud noise from 7 am until as late as 10 pm; yard poorly cared for and is full of sharp thorny plants that stick in pets paws and human feet;

Loved it!

The house was in a great location. We got a ton of use out of the golf cart; having that was a game changer! Timothy was super easy to communicate with and responded to messages very quickly. This was our first stay on 30a and we're in love! Can't wait to visit again. Thanks for sharing your beach house!
