The interior of the property is very comfortable….it’s clean, and has all of the comforts of home….large garage, TVs in every bedroom, plenty of stuff in the kitchen with which to cook (pots and pans) and eat (plates, glasses, wine glasses etc). The lanai is a nice place to sit and read (it’s quiet!). The washer and dryer are modern.
The pool and clubhouse (shown in one of the photos) are about a 20 minute walk (3 minute drive) from the townhome. The clubhouse looks out onto a man-made lake. There is a sand beach next to the man-made lake, so if you prefer to dig your toes into the sand rather than sit by the pool, you have that choice. Sitting in the sand area, I saw several beach volleyball games organized during my stay.
The Naples Reserve development has very little traffic. Many of the residents ride golf carts rather than cars when riding within the development. I mention this because the absence of traffic makes it very relaxing to walk or bike as one is not constantly dodging cars.
We had no issues with sleeping. Beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was super quiet.
The wifi was strong, making it easy to access the internet. The smart TV allows access to Netflix and Youtube!
