Welcome home to the perfect Guest House getaway! This stylish container home is centrally located and ideal for exploring the Orange County beach cities. Unwind on your private veranda or enjoy the oversized firepit and outdoor dining area. Inside you'll find a kitchen fully stocked, a bed that folds away for extra space and an ensuite bathroom. The Guest House is a perfect private getaway, which can also be combined with the main house (Casa Molino) for large group accommodations. Enjoy!

I have been visiting Orange County for years and it is one of my favorite places in the world. Full of natural beauty, blessed with great weather, and endless choices of things to do. Bike, surf, hike, beach, tennis, shop, yoga on the beach, and of course, great dining. We always have more to explore and do, and hope you will leave wanting to see more, as we do!😎
Why they chose this property
Perfectly located by the beautiful beaches of Dana Point and San Clemente, in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Walk to parks, shopping, restaurants. Bike and hike trails are easily accessible.
What makes this property unique
Casa Molino and the Casita, have a beautiful yard. Garage parking space, street parking available also. There is a wonderful sense of peace with charming decor and wonderful outdoor spaces.
I also offer a separate studio/WFH space at a small extra charge if anyone needs a little extra space with privacy. Send a message to inquire. Pictures available.
