RENOVATED spacious holiday home near the beach in Landal Park

Our newly renovated, cozy and high quality equipped approx. 100 sqm holiday home is located in one of the most beautiful holiday parks in Holland: Landal Beach Resort "Ooghduyne" on a 300 sqm plot in Julianadorp in a short distance to the beautiful wide sandy beach.

The house is comfortably furnished and has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a living-dining room with attached kitchen on the ground floor. The living room is equipped with a satellite TV. In the attached kitchen there is a dishwasher, an oven, a gas stove and a coffee machine. There is also a high chair and a travel cot available.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Two parking spaces are located directly at the house.

The extremely well-kept, quiet and spacious holiday park is located in the flower fields behind the dunes and has a number of leisure facilities:
- Swimming pool with giant slide
- Large indoor play center - super nice for children - even in bad weather
- Golf and mini golf course
- restaurants with a large sun terrace,
- Play, tennis and boules courts
- bowling alley
- Bicycle, handcart and canoe rental and much more.

Nearby you will find a riding ring, a climbing park, the best shopping (incl. Lidl and Aldi) and various very good restaurants.
Excursion destinations such as the beautiful island of Texel, Alkmaar, Amsterdam or the outlet center in Lelystad can be reached within an hour.

Bridge Trip

I rented the house with 5 friends for a bridge get away. Location excellent! Very walkable to beach, restaurants, Creole Creamery ice cream! House was clean, nice and kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed playing cards on the small porch off of the side entrance. The host Mary Ellen was MOST gracious, accommodating and available. Would recommend for sure.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren für ein langes Wochenende in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr schön ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist top. Man ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten am Strand und mit dem Auto in fünf Minuten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wunderschönder Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft ist absolut perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wir waren zu fünft in den Herbstferien dort und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Der Strand und das Meer sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar und mega schön. Jederzeit wieder. :-)

Tolles kleines Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtet. Es liegt in einem großzügig und schön angelegten Ferienpark. Die Vermieterin ist unkompliziert und super nett. Im Park gibt esein Schwimmbad und ein hervorragendes Restaurant. Der Strand ist ca. 15-20 Gehminuten entfernt . Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende und würden jederzeit wieder kommen..

Tolles Haus mit guter Ausstattung

Wir hatten ein nettes Wochenende in der Unterkunft, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Es stehen Fahrräder zur Verfügung, wobei nicht alle für lange Fahrten geeignet sind. Dennoch super, dass es die Möglichkeit gibt.

Die Doppelhaushälfte ist sehr sauber, hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung und wir haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Alles war prima und auch die KOM hat gut funktioniert. Es war Erholung pur.

Super ausgestattetes Haus, 15 Fußminuten zum Strand

Wir (3 erwachsene Geschwister mit unseren Eltern) hatten das Haus für ein verlängertes Wochenende Mitte April gebucht. Super ausgestattet und sauber mit zwei Bädern. Neben der Filterkaffeemaschine gibt es auch noch eine Senseo, die man auf den Bildern nicht sieht. Check in durch Schlüsseltresor unkompliziert. Die Einrichtungen des Parks haben wir nicht genutzt, sind aber zweimal an den Tulpenfeldern vorbei zum Strand gelaufen. Ausflüge nach Alkmaar oder in den Blumenpark in Anna Paulowna sowie nach Callantsoog waren auch dabei. Auf der Hinfahrt haben wir noch einen längeren Zwischenstop in Volendam am Markenmeer eingelegt, auch sehr sehenswert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Julianadorp sehr umfangreich für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir können den Ort und das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein tolles Haus für einen schönen Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft und der Umgebung. Das Haus war super sauber, voll ausgestattet und damit ein tolles Zuhause für unseren Urlaub. Der Kontakt mit Frau Voge war die gesamte Zeit sehr nett, alle Antworten kurzfristig und super erklärend! 👍👍👍 wir sind begeistert und kommen gerne wieder!

Ein wunderschönes, sauberes Haus mit guter Lage

Wir, 4 Erwachsene und ein Teenager, haben eine Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingereicht und mit den drei Zimmern und zwei Badezimmern, hatten wir genug Platz. Die Betten sind bequem und in jedem der Schlafräume ist ein großer Schrank. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist auch großzügig gestaltet. Das Einzige, was für uns etwas schwierig war, war die steile Treppe ins 1. OG. Für unsere Mütter, die über 70 sind, war diese schwierig zu benutzen und für kleine Kinder könnte es ebenfalls schwierig sein. Die Lage des Hauses war zu unserer Reisezeit sehr ruhig und insgesamt war die ganze Anlage sehr ruhig und angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Voge war wirklich sehr nett und sie hat auch schnell reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und haben u s sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir waren schon öfters in Julianadorp. Dieses Ferienhaus war das Schönste. Ausreichend Platz für 3 Paare. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war perfekt für Senioren. Der Strand zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Es ist sehr gut ausgstattet und sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat alles so gepasst wie es sein sollte. Im Ort gab es alles was man brauchte. Auch in diesem Ferienpark gab es alles. Was nur sehr schade war, dass das Restaurant zu kurze Öffnungszeiten hat (20:30) und Küchenschluss noch eher. Sonst waren wir rundum zufrieden!

Toller Kurzurlaub mit Rad in Julianadorp

Wir waren zu viert in diesem tollen Haus auf Kurzurlaub mit den Rennrädern, und können dieses Haus bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Besonders praktisch war die Aufteilung der Räume mit jeweils 1 Badezimmer auf beiden Etagen. Die Kommunikation mit Ferienwohnung direkt war allerdings die reinste Katastrophe. Aufgrund einer fehlerhaft genannten email Adresse (1 falscher Buchstabe) wurde zwar die 1. Rate abgebucht aber wir erhielten keine Bestätigung. Nachdem wir dort angerufen haben (Gespräch dauerte über 1 Stunde) wollte man die email Adresse korrigieren und uns eine Bestätigung zukommen lassen. Aber da kam nichts. Die Reise konnten wir nur antreten weil wir uns direkt mit der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin kurz geschlossen haben.
