Camping, Hiking, fishing, swimming and wildlife/bird watching on partially forested private land with a private pond. Located 15 minutes between Saugatuck and South Haven and just two minutes from Lake Michigan, perfect launching pad for local wineries, summer fairs and great dining. This newly remodeled home is part of a 40 acre property where often is found edible mushrooms and vegetation for the adventurous chef. The accommodations are quite comfortable, yet there are some exterior developments such as landscaping and front deck that are still under development. Take advantage of reduced rates for 2022.
