Beautiful remodeled condo in convenient location on the northern edge of downtown and UT campus.
Walk to campus, UT Football games, Bass Hall, the new Moody Center, and Moody Amphitheater. This is a beautifully remodeled condo in the Hancock neighborhood on the northern edge of Austin's vibrant downtown and the University of Texas campus. Guests have the entire condo unit. The entrance to the unit is on the first floor a few steps from your reserved covered parking spot. Self Check In via lockbox and door code. You will have the entire condo unit to yourself. It is located in a small residential condominium development with 5 low-rise (two story) buildings each holding 6 units. Please take note that we use video recording of the parking area and entry & patio doors of the unit for security, to ensure that the proper reservation holder is the one accessing the property, and that only the number of people specified in the reservation use the property. There are no cameras inside the condo unit.
The condo has easy access to restaurants, shopping (including two grocery stores), downtown, and the University of Texas campus. The Darrell K Royal–Texas Memorial Stadium and the Bass Concert Hall are about a 10 minute walk from the unit. There is very easy access to Interstate 35 for both north and south bound travelers.
We have free high speed internet with Wifi, free access to condominium pool (outside), and access to YoutubeTV, Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video, etc (using your account logins). We have a washer/dryer, clothes iron, ironing board, and a clothes steamer for your convenience. We provide free coffee and tea as well as sugar and creamer. We provide linens, one set of bath towels per guest, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, and basic spices and condiments.
If you desire, we will pre-stock the unit with groceries of your choice. We charge 25% of the total bill (with a minimum $25 fee) for this service. Early check in may be available (depending on the cleaning crew schedule) for a $25/hour charge. Late check out may be available (depending on the cleaning crew schedule and subsequent reservations) for a fee of $25/hour.
Any booking is not confirmed until the Guest making the reservation gives Manager the following within 3 days of booking (and prior to check in): (1) a copy of government issued identification showing the Guest’s full name, address, date of birth, and photograph (Acceptable identification must be a valid non-expired state issued driver’s license (both sides) or a valid non-expired federal passport); (2) a list of names and ages of all the Guests included on the booking.; (3) a completed animal profile for any requested Service Animal/Emotional Support Animal (at https://sentryassetmanagement.petscreening.com); and (4) an electronically signed rental agreement. If you fail to provide these four items, your reservation will be cancelled, you will not be granted access to the property, and you will not be granted a refund. Where any ambiguity or conflict exists, the terms in the signed rental agreement will prevail.
No refunds of any kind will be given for third-party or other fraudulent reservations.
