Recently featured as a Modern Model Home on Tour for Palm Springs Modernism Week, this home has loads of personality. It features a perfect split floor plan with one King en suite on each side of the home, walls of glass that blur the lines between indoor-outdoor living, and unique and colorful artwork throughout. One step through the door and you'll see why it's called the Sunny MidMod!
The fabulous resort-style yard is spacious and well-planned. It features a large, heated pool/spa with full-length tanning shelf and an integrated spa that cascades into the pool. Surrounded by chaise lounges and conversation areas - perfect for taking in the Palm Springs sunshine and mountain views. You'll also find a great in-ground fire pit, dining table and BBQ grill, plus plenty of umbrellas for shade and stylish places where you can relax while sipping your favorite cocktail! There is no shortage of perfect spots for fun selfies. You'd really have a hard time trying to find a better backyard.
INDOOR LIVING SPACES
The open concept great room features a wall of glass doors that open to the stunning pool, yard and Mountain View. The kitchen has a long eat-in counter with seating for 4 and retro-styled new small appliances that add character and color. The living room features a modern sectional, large SmartTV, and bar cart. Please note that the open concept kitchen has limited cabinet space.
OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The backyard was made for relaxing in the Palm Springs sunshine. It features a pool at the center of the yard with an integrated spa surrounded by chaise lounges and occasional seating. You’ll also find a Weber BBQ grill, multiple outdoor lounge areas, and a wonderful fire pit area surrounded by chairs at the other end of the large grassy play area. This property is the perfect place for a fun and relaxing getaway. The mountain views and towering palm trees add to the magic of this vacation home rental.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
Both King bedrooms feature fine hotel-quality mattresses. The Teal Bedroom is on one end of the house and features a King bed, and desk/work area, direct access to the pool yard/fire pit, and an ensuite, hip bathroom with a large shower. This large room also has a wonderful seating area where you can relax, play Pac Man on the retro arcade game, and binge watch your favorite shows on the large flatscreen TV. The Orange Bedroom is on the other end of the house. Featuring another King bed, MidMod chandelier, working romantic fire place, a small TV, access to the pool, and a modern bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower, and private walk-out patio.
PARKING
There is no access to the garage. Ample driveway parking is provided. Per City law, this home has a 2 vehicle limit.
PET-FRIENDLY
Well-behaved dogs are welcome. There is a taxable $150 Per Dog Fee. Limit 2. This fee can be added after you book. Official Service Dogs need to be disclosed in advance.
MONTHLY
Monthly guests pay actual gas and electric utility costs during their stay (instead of a nightly Pool Heating Fee). An Advance Utility Deposit of $1,500/month will be required.
OTHER
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Max occupancy is 4 people, 2 vehicles.
Pool Heating is an optional, $89/night, and recommended from early October through early June. Spa heating is included for free in the base rent.
There is a security camera at the front door that is not monitored during guest stays.
