NEW-2 Side by Side Lake Homes - Sleep 17, pet friendly and 2 private docks.

About this space -Two side by side unique lake homes literally next door to each other divided by a driveway offer a great opportunity with friends & family to share spaces as well as having private time and space to relax. Both properties have private docks, outside grills and fire pits. Each house can seat 6-12 at dining table. Walton Lake is safe, clean and great for swimming, no motorized boats allowed on this lake. To better understand what each home is offering
look at them individually on listing.
First house (Cabin) is designed like an adult camp experience . The main house has one master bedroom and two sleeper cabins bedrooms. The house is like a tree house and does not have TV by design, rather it has a full set of screen doors on lake side for lake breezes and the sounds of nature . Can sleep up to 10.
Second house (Lodge) is newly listed and was the original Osseo Lake Lodge but only small pieces of history remain in the art and furniture, as it was rebuilt to prefab "Octagon" house facing the lake. There is an air conditioner in the main great room , ceiling fans and screened patio doors will allow the lake breezes in. This house has and Comcast TV. Four bedrooms sleep up to 7 guest . Each house has many outdoor areas to play horseshoes , corn hole or just relax. Inside you can choose to play ping-pong, foosball and many board games.The guest will have full access to both houses and properties.The best pathway between the properties is actually from the front entrance as each property has many rocks and trees, we are located in an oak forest after all.

Lovely Lake Property

Beautiful lakeside property with wonderful amenities and beautiful artistic flair. Celebrating our daughter’s wedding and getting ready with her bridesmaids in this beautiful home was truly special.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time on these two beautiful lake properties. Although the property sleeps 17, you could easily entertain 30 people and not feel cramped. The host legt a homemade pie for us! The kitchens, particular at the "cabin," are incredible and dhave everything you would ever need. Highly recommend this property to large groups looking to travel within an hour of NYC.

Incredible location for my Micro Wedding

If you’re looking for an eclectic, serene, water front property in the Hudson valley this is the place. Camille has a one of kind property with remarkable art and two gorgeous houses that comfortably fit our family of 11 plus one 3 year old. The property felt super private and tucked away which was really nice. We held our wedding on the dock and had a beautiful dinner in the cabin afterwards. We were able to take beautiful pictures in the wooded pathway that leads to the dock as well. Swimming in the lake the day after was a highlight too. Camille was super efficient and responded quickly to any and all questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Best Upstate Getaway for Groups!

Such an incredible stay + an accommodating host! It was truly the perfect upstate getaway! We couldn't have asked for a better time. The cabins had everything we could possibly need for 10 people for the weekend. Stacked full kitchen + bars, with lots of plateware and cookware. We wound up hosting a dinner party and then playing games afterwards (there's a ton already there). There was firewood provided for cozy fires through the weekend, beds were plush and comfortable. And the lighting in both lodges was gorgeous during the day. The two separate houses made it feel like a little campus and it was fun to change the vibe throughout the weekend between the two lodges. Would love to come back again during the summer to get full use of the lake! Camille was great + so responsive, she also left flowers to make our stay feel really special. We can't wait to come back again.

My family has lived in monroe for 20 years when we were not in NYC raising the kids and working.
When Covid turned us all upside down I thought it was a perfect time to enter into my next phase of life living upstate . I expanded my properties making this area our full time residence.

Why they chose this property

What sets these two houses apart is the location from Nyc with 300 ft of private lake front. The lake is very swimmable because it is not a noisy dirty unsafe motor boat lake and each house offers amazing views of the lake and nature. I know how important spending time with loved one is as I was raised in a large family and I have a huge NY tribe family but that said it was equally important to offer some personal spaces to unwind.

Other things to note:
108 is a brand new listing for summer of 22' so please rely on my super host and 5 * reviews for 112 !

My homes are fully stocked and curated so you can just relax and make your selves at home making your trip prep a breeze!
I'm here from the moment you book until the completion of your trip to answer ANY questions you might have & to help ensure you have the amazing stay you envisioned.


Also I come from a design background so each home is packed with with unique style and appreciation of art and architecture.

A group can host each other dinner parties as each home can seat 12 + at the dining tables or sit around the fore places .

I love my neighborhood and neighbors so please respect Monore town rules
Quiet after 10 pm weekend an 9 weekdays.

What makes this property unique

These two properties are literally next door to each other just some trees and nature in between, you can pop back and forth as you wish .

The 15-20 + ft ceilings in both great room both with sliding screen doors in each house make each house awesome.
Each houses faces west and you can enjoy the lake views from any windows inside as each home was designed to be at the right angle facing the lake to take advantage if the light and breeze.

Guests have access to everything the houses has to offer. The kitchens, bedrooms, large decks, Two private docks and two gas grills, two outdoor wood pits and more
