Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Ein Lebensmittelgroßhändler ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alle notwendigen Einkäufe sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Sanierung ist einige Jahre alt. Der Balkon hat leider die Ausrichtung auf den Parkplatz. Der Pkw-Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus.

Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung! Sehr nett eingerichtet, prima Bett, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, wenn auch nur 2Platten Herd und kein Backofen! Dafür aber Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle!
Endlich mal eine Dusche mit 90x90cm Größe!
