Our holiday homes The idyllic, comfortable holiday homes are built of wood and ideally suited for summer and winter holidays. All bungalows are at ground level and have a terrace and garden furniture. Now you can also choose between holiday home categories. Comfort house: - are detached houses and offer you the best equipment with a large terrace and meadow and forest view Classic house: - cozy wooden house with meadow and forest view (2 holiday homes possible next to each other) Standard house: - neighboring holiday homes with cozy furnishings and roller shutter windows.
A lawn also invites you to relax in the beautiful Harz landscape. Ski equipment is available for hire for anyone who likes it sporty in winter. If you want to bring a pet, you can do so by prior arrangement. Breakfast is also possible upon reservation. For the physical well-being in the evening, try the game and fish specialties in our adjoining restaurant. Our houses are equipped with ● two bedrooms (two beds each) ● a living room (sofa set, TV ...) ● a cooking facility (refrigerator, two hot plates, sink, dishes, coffee machine ...) ● a bathroom (shower & toilet) ● free WiFi access ● cot / high chair on request

Wohlfühlatmosphäre
Das erste Quartier war für Familie mit großem Hund zu klein, was aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor ging, nach 3 Tagen konnten wir in ein wesentlich größers Quartier umziehen und unseren weiteren Urlaub genièßen, sehr schön an Feld- und Waldrand gelegen, sehr nette Vermieterin

Problemlose Übergabe. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Frühstück kann man im Ferienhaus oder in der Eigenen Gastwirtschaft einnehmen. Leider gibt es da kein Personal mehr für Mittag oder Abendessen. Ansonsten, alles sehr familiär. Für unseren kurzen Wochenend-Ausflug hat alles sehr gut gepasst.

Das Objekt war sauber. Das Notwendigste war vorhanden. Bettwäsche,sowie Handtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Gastgeberin freundlich lustig und ein sehr familiäres und freundschaftliches Verhältnis.Die Gegend sehr ruhig und wer viel laufen möchte. Optimal!!!

Urlaub im Schnee
Sehr schöne Anlage von fünf oder sechs Holzbungalows. Die Häuser sind Tip-Top. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett, die Wohnung war Blitz sauber, und die Einrichtung, Geschirr, etc. waren wie neu. Die Heizung funktionierte gut, es war schön warm in der Wohnung. Die Betten waren bequem, die Decken waren warm genug, es gab auch extra Decken für die Couch und Kissen für die Stühle. Im Bad gab es zusätzlich zur Fußbodenheizung einen Heizkörper, darauf trockneten die nassen Schneeanzüge der Kinder sehr schnell. Das war für uns wichtig, denn wir sind vormittags und auch nachmittags mit den Kindern nach draußen gegangen - wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern angereist. Nach hinten hin grenzt die Anlage an die Felder und Wälder, wo die Kinder Schlitten fahren, Schneemänner und Schneeburgen bauen konnten. Wir hatten auch das Glück, dass wir Schnee hatten. Dort befinden sich auch die Loipen für Langlauf. Uns hat das sehr gut gepasst, für größere Kinder gibt es aber auch ganz in der Nähe steilere Rodelbahnen, also jeder kann auf seine Kosten kommen. Die Ortschaft Friedrichsbrunn liegt in ca. 500m Höhe, im Vergleich zu den umliegenden Dörfern lag dort wesentlich mehr Schnee. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter und kommen auch im Sommer wieder, denn in der Nähe gibt es viel Sehenswertes!

Wandern im Harz
Wir waren für 3 Tage in dem gemütlich und sauberen Blockhaus zu Gast, wir wurden sehr herzlich von Katharina Fietz empfangen! Das Blockhaus war gemütlich, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das gebuchte Frühstück war lecker und sehr reichlich, es lohnt sich das mit zu buchen. Es ist ein sehr herzlich geführtes Familienunternehmen, wir , meine Freundin und unsere Hunde haben uns sehr wohl bei euch gefühlt! Danke Katharina

Absolute Empfehlung
Wir hatten ein super schönes Wochenende im Ferienhaus zur Unterklippe! Sehr sauber, freundliches Ambiente, Wanderwege direkt an der Grundstücksgrenze. Familie Fietz ist sehr sehr lieb und hat uns am letzten Abend noch mit köstlichstem Essen umsorgt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Amazing stay, definitely recommend it and will return!
We had a great stay at Katharina’s lovely accommodation! Even before arriving, the communication went without problems. Everyone was so welcoming, the place is beautiful, quiet, the houses are perfectly clean, quite modern and equipped with everything one might need for a shorter or longer stay. We booked a cabin for our girls’ hiking trip and it was perfect, but it could fit perfectly for bigger groups or even families. Thank you for a lovely stay, all the great tips for activities, and the familiarity you have shown! We will definitely return (this time with Romanian Schnapps :D)
