Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Fully remodeled and ready for guest. Placed inside the city limits of Concord NC. close to the home of Nascar, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Charlotte dirt track, ZMax Dragway. Close to Concord Mills Mall and PNC Music Pavilion. 12 miles to the Carolina Renaissance Festival. 6 miles from Cabarrus Arena and Event Center. From 2-30 miles there over 100 wineries and breweries to visit from this home
We do except dogs for an extra $75. The property is not fully fenced so leashes are recommended and one is provided. The fee will be automatically added when the box is checked under amount of traveler's section. We also have a vehicle on Turo if you are interested let me know.

Above and Beyond

With graciousness and committment to excellence, our host provided more than we deserved, from the welcome bag, to the texts and communication as she helped me care for my staff, especially while I managed a tough situation, remotely. She accomodated, forgave and communicated so professionally. We will be back!!

Once again, a wonderful stay

Third time staying and all the attention to detail is never lost on us. Snacks, fresh flowers, and a thoughtful welcome bag of goodies. The effort is much appreciated.

Very Professional, quick response from Owners. The home is very clean and equipped with everything you can think of and might not have thought of as well. Very close to anything you would like to go do. While also a pleasant location to just hang out and relax.

Amazing property and host

We had the best stay here and our stay was fabulous! The communication from the host was great and she responded quickly. The beds were very comfortable and the extra touches made our stay fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Completely comfortable cottage

We will be relocating to the Charlotte area and are in the process of building a home. The cottage proved to be in a very convenient area for us and in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The biggest thing is that we felt safe. Also, the rental was so perfectly stocked, we immediately felt very welcomed. There were fresh flowers, fruit, muffins, water, and a snack bag upon arrival. Also, really appreciated the washer and dryer. We will definitely book again if the property is available on our next visit to The Charlotte area. Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful place to stay!

Perfect Getaway!

This is our second stay at the cozy cottage and we love the comfortable furnishings with all the extra touches from chocolates on the nightstands to muffins and snacks—and fresh flowers in every room. Everything is PRISTINE and WELL equipped for anything you might need. Our dogs enjoyed coming along with us. We were here to see family and enjoyed local meals along with grabbing a movie at the mall. My husband says, as Teddy Roosevelt once said, “ People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.” It is evident they set out to anticipate and meet every need you might have. We highly recommend them as your first choice in lodging in this area!!

Christmas visit with family

This is the second time we have stayed with Donna and Matthew. Their cottage is perfect for the three of us and our dog. It’s very comfortable and clean and they are very easy to work with. Thank you for another great stay!

Nice cottage with "the little things"

This property was nicely kept and felt homey with lovely seasonal (Christmas) decor throughout. The card and gift bag for the guests was a thoughtful touch. And I especially appreciated that I did not have to go to the store for any supply that the house may have needed. Everything was thought of, and provided. I definitely recommend rental of this property!

Excellent Stay!

My husband & I with our two young kids recently stayed at this property. It was perfect for needs & the host provided great customer service & hospitality. Having a washer & dryer was helpful since we have an infant, and the high chair provided was great for our 2 year old! The most impressive thing for me was the cleanliness of the property, that is not common with rental properties like this that I've experienced. This was by far our best stay when using a home rental service. We will book this property again if we are back in the CLT/Concord area!

Concors Cozy Cottage

The cottage was exactly as listed. Immaculate. There were so many little extras like snacks, puppy treats, and fresh flowers. The cottage is convenient to everything. Several great restaurants are nearby. It is a short trip into downtown Charlotte. We came for the world finals at Charlotte Motor Speedway and the cottage was just minutes away. The cottage was well stocked with everything you would need for your stay.

Perfect Cozy Getaway

My husband and I came in town for the Post Malone concert in Charlotte. We wanted a place that was a little out of the city, but close enough to uber/lyft. We got the pleasure of meeting the owners - they are fantastic. The property was impeccable and the attention to detail is next level. We had an incredible experience :D Also the surround sound is a plus!

Ideal VRBO experience

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property and the hosts. Property was better than described, host was very responsive, wifi was great, check in and out were quick and easy, location was near anything we needed and more. The road was a little busy so you could hear cars at times, but this didn’t detract in any way from our experience. Thank you!

The home was very clean and the hosts had thought of everything. Fresh flowers and muffins as well as snacks and dog treats were all in the home upon arrival. The home is on a busy street but close to lots of restaurants, parks and attractions as well as downtown Concord. I would highly recommend this home!

Better than advertised!

This lovely little cottage was perfect for two! Clean, comfortable, cute decor, and the Dentons were wonderful hosts! We had water, snacks, flowers and a welcome sign and thank you note waiting for us. They thought of everything, and the spacious, fenced-in back yard Was great for our pup, especially with the busy street the house is on. Thank you for a great stay!

We booked a long weekend to catch up with old friends and attend a concert at PNC. This house was perfect! Nice and quiet with many options for shopping and food nearby. Extremely clean and the hosts go above and beyond to make it special. Will book again!
