The nearby Rheinauen, the picturesque Black Forest and a stone's throw away Switzerland are absolute highlights in the immediate vicinity.

Explore Zurich and Save $$$ on Lodging
We stayed here and drove into Zurich for the day to explore. The property is pretty clean but could be a little cleaner. The owner still seems to live here and go somewhere else when guests rent the apartment. It is located in a small neighborhood in Küssaberg and is not far from a large industrial facility. There was a dishwasher and ample cookware plus dishware along with a good size fridge. The apartment does have many unique and creative touches with many art pieces being abstract if this is important to you.

Great place, super clean and comfortable
After I was able to locate the key ( a little tricky, lock box is on the left side of mail boxes and hard to see) And found the door they are for ( it has very little sign with the flat nick name) everything after that was easy like a breeze. . Very comfortable for two people, nice view of sunset and field full of flowers ( spring time). Short walk to downtown ( Angel, the restaurant, is 100% worth visiting). Amazing walk across the bridge (and Swiss border) to Roman ruins. We had some problems with Wi-Fi though. Hope they will be fixed for the next guests. Highly recommend!

Schöne Wohnung mit Beigeschmack
Die Wohnung war sehr schön geschnitten. Es war alles da was man benötigt. Sehr schön war ein Fenster im Bad. Das Bett war bequem. Der Fernseher ist etwas klein und hat seine Macken. Weniger schön war der Rest des Hauses. Laute Musik. Zigarettengeruch im Treppenhaus. Hinter dem Haus auf der Wiese wurde öfter ein Hund ausgeführt. Und das direkt vor dem Balkon. Das war nicht so angenehm. Auch wenn sie die Hinterlassenschaften aufgesammelt wurden.

Eine erlebnisreiche Zeit
Wir hatten die Wohnung für zwei Monate gebucht und konnten so die Region Südschwarzwald und auch den Kanton Aargau intensiv befahren und erwandern. Die Wohnung bietet eine komfortable und vielseitige Einrichtung und ist sehr gemütlich. Die künstlerische Gestaltung macht sie besonders wohnlich.

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Lage war sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Wanderwege, Schweizer Grenze und der Rhein in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Tolle Fewo mit allem Komfort
Wir haben ein top eingerichtete Fewo vorgefunden, in der sogar auch an Details gedacht wurde, die nicht selbstverständlich sind (diverse Küchenutensilien, Mehrfachsteckdosen für den Gerätezoo etc.). Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Dass die Wohnung in einem "normalen" Mehrparteienhaus liegt, hat sich nicht störend auf das Urlaubsgefühl ausgewirkt. Der WLAN-Empfang in der Wohnung ist sehr gut, die Internetverbindung ausreichend. Der GSM-Empfang für Mobiltelefonate ist mitunter etwas hakelig, war aber für uns ok. Der Ort Rheinheim war im Oktober etwas verschlafen, ist aber ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren: flach auf den Rhein- oder Aare-Radwegen oder auch für eche MTB-Touren. Ebenfalls toll: mit dem kostenlosen Bus-/Bahnticket nach Basel fahren.

Schöne Tage an der Schweizer Grenze
Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar gelegen um Tagesausflüge in die Schweiz zu unternehmen. Die Umgebung auf deutscher Seite ist aber definitiv auch einen Abstecher wert. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2 und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sind leider nicht dazu gekommen künstlerisch tätig zu werden, das schaffen wir hoffentlich beim nächsten Mal
