Unique and tranquil getaway is located a half block from Pella's charming and historic downtown. The 1903 home is fully renovated to host crafters, bridal parties, girls' weekend, card groups, family reunions. The workroom (former garage) gives space for quilting, scrapbooking, playing games or just gathering for meals. The home has 10 XL twin beds and 2 additional XL twin Murphy beds. A KING BED can arranged on request. Main floor and master bathroom are handicap accessible. We would love to host you!

Amazing!

Our stay at Prairie Pointe was perfect! We were in town for our daughter's wedding and it was the perfect home to host the bridal party and family. The extra space in the garage was wonderful to have family over for breakfast after the wedding. I highly recommend reserving this beautiful home for your next get together in Pella!

Excellent Rental

We went over Christmas to visit family. The house is very well kept and comfortable. The owner was very accommodating with our requests and helpful in every way. The location is perfect (just off the square), so walking to shops and restaurants is convenient. I highly recommend this place.

Family Christmas

The property is a quaint updated home with tons of space and beautifully decorated. Although I live in the same town, having extended family is impossible for holidays, and this allowed enough sleeping space plus space for family activities and visiting. The kitchen is well stocked for anything you might need and the bonus space in the back was perfect for us to have Christmas dinner and gift opening and games. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect House for Girl Cousins' Reunion

Prairie Pointe is an absolutely wonderful house. It has obviously been redone from top to bottom, using only top notch materials. The owners poured a lot of love into the remodeling and redecorating of this home. The on-line pictures are very accurate. It was extremely clean and an easy home to stay in, well-equipped with everything you might need, and in a great location just off the city square. We were nine women cousins reuniting after many years (decades for some), and it was especially nice having all of the single beds so everyone could have their own bed and having two bedrooms on the first floor for those who struggle with steps. I would highly recommend this home to anyone considering a visit to Pella.

Wonderful Property

This property is so wonderful! It's conveniently located a block from shops and restaurants and has a lovely front porch with rocking chairs that we utilized at night. The house was so comfortable for our group of 7 with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their space. Communication with the host was easy and they were great to talk to!

Amazing location

We had a wonderful stay at Prairie Pointe! The location right off the square in Pella couldn’t be better for walking to restaurants and parks. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything that we needed for a great vacation. The home was very clean with plenty of linens and comfortable beds. We would happily stay again!

Family reunion/ Grandma's memorial

This home was the perfect place for our family to stay. It offered enough space to gather and relax between events. We enjoyed walking the square and sitting on the porch. Very comfortable and clean.

Perfect home away from home!

Prairie Point is absolutely beautiful! It was the perfect place for us to stay for a girls weekend in Pella. The property is cozy and beautiful, and the location is perfect and an easy walk to everything downtown. Lori was a wonderful host and we will absolutely be back. Thank you!

Lovely home close to everything.

It was a perfect place for 7 high school friends to stay and enjoy a pre Tulip time get away. The home is as beautiful as the online listing and photos. It is very close to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Pella. Comfortable beds and pillows and all the things you need in the kitchen.

Nice Place

One of our 4 families stayed at Prarie Pointe and all of us used the garage meeting space for several shared meals. Our host was tremendous with helping navigate some weather (blizzard) issues. We enjoyed the beautiful craftsmanship of this old house turned new.

Amazing Stay!
