Romantic Sunset Lakefront View, Minutes to the Slopes and Village!
Sitting on the shore of Big Bear Lake in Eagle Point Estates, this spacious 4 bedroom, 3 full bath lakefront house has a romantic sunset view perfect for pictures and plenty of space to sleep 10 adults and 6 children. Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cabin. 6 minute drive to The Village, 6 min Snow Summit, 10 min to Bear Mountain. Take a 5 min walk to Ski Beach Park or just chill and play pool or BBQ on the deck and watch the sun set.
DISCLAIMER:
We are located in the woods/mountains. So please expect the elements of nature such as wind, snow, mud, pine needles, cobwebs, even critters at times. Some parts of the property are off limits (garage and basement space). We do our very best to provide a comfortable stay in a very nice, updated lakefront cabin, but if you are expecting the Four Seasons or a luxury 5-star comforts of in-city accommodations, please consider another listing or maybe even another city (not in the mountains).
THE HIGHLIGHTS
Beautifully updated, 3234 sq ft rustic, all wood interior cabin with a stoned, natural wood burning fireplace in the living room brings you close to nature while the high ceiling throughout and comfortable beds bring you close to the luxury of today's comforts. 3 of the 4 spacious bedrooms have lake views with one bedroom and full bath on the main floor. Relax on the huge balcony overlooking the lake with the best, romantic sunset view, or play pool in the loft, or work/play from the mountains with our high speed internet. So whatever you're looking for in your home away from home, you won't be disappointed. Cook both indoors with a spacious gourmet kitchen and outdoors with a BBQ grill with ample formal dining room table and outdoor balcony seating while watching the glorious sunset (and to enjoy the 4th of July fireworks?). While we are NOT a party house, we welcome those who want to get rest and relaxation on the mountain and the Lake!
HOUSE RULES REMINDER:
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY - means we will ask you to vacate without refunds and you will be responsible for any fines ($500+ first offense) levied by the City, and forfeit your security deposit
*Booking guest must be at least 25 years old
*No parties or events
*No smoking of any kind (including vaping) in or near the house
*Maximum Occupancy: 16 people (10 adults), 4 Vehicles
*No inviting over the total amount of guests allowed to stay at the house (16 max occupants/visitors)
*No amplified/loud music at any time to be heard at property line 24/7
*Quiet hours strictly enforced 10pm-7am. Please turn off all patio lights and bring the conversation inside by 10pm because it's a City Ordinance
*No parking on the street 24/7
*Trash must be packed out with you to dump: 41790 Garstin Dr or 39690 Big Bear Blvd
*Fireplace/BBQ ashes to be disposed of after they cool into the metal cans next to the fireplace
*No pets (unless discussed prior to booking)
Other Rules:
-Preferred No Shoes in the House
-While we don't expect you to clean, we expect you to be tidy: Please clear the table, and scrape off dirty dishes in the garbage and run them in the dishwasher
-Please put back all items where you found them
-Golden rule: treat this house as your house (or better)
-Have Fun!

We love the outdoors and our family and friends. Our Eagle Sunset Lakefront Cabin at Big Bear Lake allows us to combine the things we love.
Why they chose this property
Eagle Sunset Lakefront Cabin is our 2nd and future retirement home. In the meantime, we want to share it with you to experience the beautiful outdoors that is Big Bear Lake. Golden Rule: treat this home and cherish it as your home (please lock doors, close windows, cause no damages, etc.). Oh yeah, our home is NOT a party house, but if you're looking to rest and relax, then we welcome you with open arms!
What makes this property unique
Big Bear Lake is the only 4-season nature resort in Southern California (what our family like to call mini Lake Tahoe). Bring your mountain bikes, hiking shoes, skis/snowboards, watercrafts, swimsuits, tents, fishing poles...well you get the point.
The property is on the lake with direct access to the lake, so if you rent our property you can spend the rest of your vacation enjoying the lake.
