This 4 KING bedroom suite cabin with a HOT TUB and FIRE PIT on 1 ACRE offers gorgeous views, plenty of amenities, and a location that keeps everyone close to top area attractions yet is far enough away for stargazers to enjoy the night sky.
LOCATION - Suite Retreat sits on a 1 acre lot on a dead-end street, not in a crowded cabin neighborhood, and your closest neighbors can barely be seen through the trees.
The cabin is 10 minutes from the Pigeon Forge Parkway where you will find attractions such as The Island, go-karting, mini-golf, MagicQuest, Titanic Exhibit, Comedy Barn, Lumberjack Feud Show, outlet malls, arcades, and just about any restaurant you can imagine. The cabin is 20 minutes from Dollywood and 20 minutes from Ripley's Aquarium in Gatlinburg, making it one of the most conveniently located cabins in the area. If going to Cades Cove in the Smoky Mountain National Park avoid the busy parkway and travel just 15 minutes down Wears Valley Road to the Sugarland Visitors Center.
MAIN LEVEL - The cabin's main level consists of a spacious living room, a well-stocked kitchen, a dining area, a king bedroom, a full-size bathroom, a large deck with rocking chairs, and an outdoor eating space overlooking the valley and mountains. The living room offers a large gas log stone fireplace (operational October through March) and a 55-inch flat-screen smart television ready for you to log in to your favorite streaming services and enjoy a perfect movie night spent by the warm glow of the fireplace. The kitchen has all of your appliance needs including a microwave, Keurig and drip coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, blender, refrigerator with ice maker, and plenty of cookware and eating utensils for 10 people. The kitchen also has counter seating and a large 8-person dining table. The main level king bedroom has a Roku TV and a full-size bathroom accessible from the kitchen as well.
UPPER LEVEL - The cabin's upper level contains a spacious master bedroom with exposed beams to give you a true cabin feel. It also boasts a jetted tub beside the bed, a smart TV, an electric fireplace for those chilly mountain nights, and a private bathroom. The upstairs loft has a POOL TABLE, a PING PONG table top, and a cabin must have…a breathtaking view.
LOWER LEVEL - The lower level contains 2 large king bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with JETTED TUBS, one is accessible from the common area. The lower level also contains a game room that has a large TV, QUEEN SIZE SLEEPER SOFA, an easy chair, an AIR HOCKEY table, ARCADE GAME with 10 different video games, a GIANT CONNECT FOUR and a door to the deck that leads to the HOT-TUB, porch swing and FIRE-PIT. The washer and dryer are also located on the lower level.
OUTDOORS - Enjoy the view from rocking chairs on 2 WRAP AROUND DECKS. You will also find a 6-7 person HOT TUB and gas BLACKSTONE flat griddle along with an outdoor FIREPIT (firewood not provided) and plenty of room for the kids to run around and explore nature. We have also added a picnic table, extra seating, and outdoor lighting to enhance your time outdoors. Be sure to watch out for wildlife!
GENERAL -
The main road leading to the cabin is a narrow mountain road, but we've had no trouble getting to the cabin with regular cars/minivans. If you are not used to driving the roads in the area, you may be more comfortable with 4WD. We do recommend 4WD in snowy/icy weather.
The cabin has central A/C, heat, and ceiling fans in each bedroom. as well as portable fans.

All linens, towels, and a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing tabs, laundry tabs, trash bags, and basic soaps are provided. Hair dryers are available. Iron and ironing board available.
Parking for 4+ cars on two gravel driveways. Exterior security cameras facing the driveways. Four steps are required for access to the cabin.
It is not uncommon to encounter wildlife in the area. Please do not leave food outside and make sure all trash is contained in the animal-proof containers outside.
CABIN RULES -
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cabin. We ask that you respect our home by not smoking inside. If you smoke outside, please stay 25 feet away from all entrances and refrain from discarding cigarettes on the ground or into the trees as this poses a serious fire hazard. Any evidence that smoking has occurred in the cabin will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
Pets are not allowed. You may be fined an additional $500 pet cleaning fee or asked to leave without a refund if we discover that a pet was brought into the property.
Use the hot tub and jacuzzi bathtubs at your own risk. PLEASE do not stand on the hot tub cover as damage to the cover may result in a $500 incidental charge for repair or replacement.
Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Removing any items from the cabin including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted and may result in additional charges.
The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
The owners are not responsible for the loss of the guest’s personal belongings or valuables.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. Guests also agree to provide a photo ID for identity verification before checking in.
The host or a representative may access the property and outside areas at any time for repairs and maintenance.
Whether you spend the day in Pigeon Forge riding roller coasters at Dollywood, trying one of the live shows spread throughout the area, or exploring the Smoky Mountain National Park, after a long day come home and spend time on the deck enjoying the fresh mountain air, soak in the hot tub, or hang with family or friends by the outdoor fire pit.
